HORRIBLE customer service experience today. I usually get lunch here when I'm at work . Walked in for a hot n ready for my lunch break and no one walked up to me while I was waiting for about 10 minutes. There were 4 workers that I seen and made eye contact with. None of them told each other to go to the counter and kept ignoring me. So I just walked out with no lunch today .

Arrived at a prime time of a Saturday at 1pm. They had no hot n ready anything made or in the making. People after us also wanted something hot and ready and had to wait. Employees don't seem to care to even have any hot n ready ready. I suggest going to Everson Little Ceasars.

Just had a thin crust that was ridiculously thin as paper with green peppers that were big hunks and strips of greyish slightly brown and rotten looking. Olives were the best thing of the whole pizza. Worst pizza I ever had actually. I really am disappointed the last thin crust I had there was super so surprised about this pizza.

Never been hot nor ready. We've gone here far more than we should for a last-minute dinner -- doesn't work at this location! We're probably about 1 for 5 in having a pizza that's actually hot and ready. Not to mention the price... whatever happened to $5.99 hot & ready pizzas?? $10 for Little Caesars quality is wild. Just save yourself the time and money and go to Dominos, get their $6.99 medium pizza deals. More interesting flavors, better crust, and cheaper! Their Crazy Bread is really good here, though! Some of the best I've ever had. At least that's usually hot and ready..

I don't think its the fault of the shift working here (They've always been super nice!) I think this comes down to just poor training and management. The location is too busy to not have your staff trained well. I HATE writing bad reviews but this is the second time I've been here and the last time the pizza was burnt- and a huge bubble took up half of the pizza. I had waited for over AN HOUR. not to mention I placed the order online and then after arriving 20 mins after it wasn't ready - So i waited with my toddlers for over 40 mins. No discount, no apology. Then to get home and have the pizza be burnt and dry was crazy. They did send me a free pizza card because i called and complained- So I was like ok whatever maybe it was a bad night. Then the next time months later I get pizza and the pizza had a massive amount of cheese that wasn't even melted all the way- The dough wasn't cooked and the pizza was loaded with way too much toppings. Ok rant over. Sorry Little Caesars, you were always amazing growing up!

The website is broken (reloades eternally) so I downloaded the app. They had a 2-topping pizza for 5.99 deal which I tried to use. Between the website being down and an error on the app, using the deal online was impossible. I called in the order as the app directed me to do, but the manager refuses to honor the deal.
Picked up for my son's birthday party. I usually go to everson for little Cesar's. It's partly me because I didn't check before I left the store. But I cannot believe they would give these to a paying customer. I want my money back. Burned, no one would eat it. And it was a pick up for soon after they opened. They should have been able to get it done just fine.
