Well...you get one chance. One chance on food, presentation and atmosphere. We won't be going back. Service sucked, we waited a long time. Food was OK, not bad. But the way the owner(?) talked to and treated there employee was appalling. That poor gal...If I was her I would have quit on the spot!!!Horrible!!

Poor service sitting for 30 minutes to order food with only two other party’s in the restaurant.
I had the firecracker and the yellow tail kama. Both were fantastic. The restrooms are like something from a fancy hotel. Spacious, clean and just generally nice.

Move to Lynden a couple of months ago and have been here a few times and I think tonight was my last visit. The fish quality is average at best had to send hamachi back in the owner told me it was fresh,it was not. We are today seaweed salad that was a tiny bit of seaweed salad on top of a whole bunch of radish and that was $9 a total rip off. The owner comes over to the table after giving us the menus and tells us everything on the menu is $1 more. Don't be lazy print a new menu for your folks so they know what the real prices are. Nice mom and pop couple here but just not a great option for sushi when there's so many better options in Vancouver or Bellingham. I do not think we'll be back there.

It’s a nice, quiet restaurant. Food was good and presented beautifully. The service was okay but was disappointed when I got the bill and everything was $1-$2 more than what appeared on the menu. It would have been nice if the server mentioned the prices prior to ordering the food or change the menu prior to changing the prices. Besides that, it’s a nice place and the Bento Box seems to be the best option if you want to try a little bit of everything.
