Normally I have a good experience here but you definitely need to make sure prices ring up correctly by checking your receipt. Something rang up incorrectly so I went to Brian in customer service. He was super condescending and when he couldn't figure out why it wasn't priced properly either...instead of offering a price adjustment he refunded the purchase. Ummm I wanted that at the price advertised or I wouldn't have bought it in the first place. Anytime this has ever happened before I was just given a price adjustment.

Cashier was extremely rude to my friends and I. She was ringing us up and running the self checkout at the same time. A group of people from Guatemala that I work with were also there shopping at the time and she kept making comments about them. We tried to explain that they don't speak english and they aren't from here, but she continued to scoff and angrily walk back and forth between us and the self checkout through our whole transaction. "why is he on one that's closed now uShe says she had a "rough day" because the fair is in town. I too work a job where crowds are a factor, but never should that affect the way you treat customers who were nothing but nice to you.

Decided to try something different than our usual for Our weekly grocery run. First of all, this store opens at 5am. Every single Day! It Closes at 1am. Every day! Wow! We visited on a Sunday morning around 7:30/8am. The parking lot was fairly empty though well lit and CLEAN! No stray carts, no debris. It's a big store but the lighting was not super bright like you see in most other stores. It felt Kind of home-y. Very few Customers. We went down maybe 80% of the isles, sections and everything was already stocked and easily accessible with wide aisles. We found many interesting finds in the produce section such as store packed stir fry fixings everything freshly chopped! Also fresh made guacamole from mild to spicy and many MANY other nice things! Also similar experience in meat department.. stuffed pork chops in small packages (!) we have a small household. The bakery had a great selection of fresh made items including a variety of bagels!! And items were being stocked as we visited. We will definitely be back!! Oh almost forgot! Friendly and professional employees.. also ready made meals including fresh made burritos, Chinese Food etc!! Lots of good stuff here and prices were LOWER overall that our regular stores.
