Great experience, highly recommended

Ordered Teriyaki bowl as did another in our party. My portion was about 1/2 of the other.
There were no wok-fried Asian vegetables in either bowl... just a couple of pieces of onion. The spicy yogurt dressing had zero spice.
Rice... yogurt... chicken... teriyaki sauce... raw green onions.
Ordered the bread pudding desert... barely warm.
The food was very disappointing.

The portion size is good, service was good, atmosphere is really nice. All is lost on the food. I had the “9” burger, so I can’t say anything about other menu items.

Chewy undercooked bacon on a poorly cooked burger on a soggy bun.

I ordered the special that was listed as "burnt ends macaroni and cheese" and I got Mac and cheese with slices of sausage, definitely not burnt ends. The name also has "steakhouse" in it and there's 1 steak on the entire menu.

We ordered the spinach artochoke appetizer and there was a small poece of plastic in it. I relayed this to the server and she took it to the back amd returned with an apology, although we did not pay for the appetizer there was no other compensation especially for a meal tgat was already expensive. We also jad the sal vingar wings and our entree was the sirloin steak as well as the beef stroganoff. We also had ordered a ouple drinks. We were disappointed that there was no offer to at least off comp on any other item we had orderred. We felt ignored and this issue was nothing to be taken lightly The rest of the meal was ok but we werre surprised and shocked that a well.known establisent would not even blink an eye when something bad like a foreign object in your meal was presented. Noone should have to be treated like this at a place where tthis happens. The rest of the meal left a bad taste after that. We live in bellingham for over 20 years and we will definitely reaxh out to magement to relay our experience.

I have gotten take out here twice in the last month after not having had eaten food from here in many years. So disappointing how far they fallen from my last experience here. I recognize that I am getting take out, but if I am spending ~25/plate, I expect some quality and not the slop I was given. The portion sizes have dropped precipitously (compared to what they used to be), and quality was no where to be found. So disappointing. Sad.
For reference I ordered: teriyaki chicken bowl (less than 1/4 of to go container filled, serving size for a small child), nachos x2 (could count the total pieces of chicken with 1 hand, soggy nachos), taco truck trio (no salt, flavor), and the prime rib sandwich (actually pretty good).
