We had received our order of 3 tacos and cinnamon twist. The tacos were soaked as it if had been sitting there for a few hours and the cinnamon twist tasted rancid as if i ate some chemical. I just threw everything away. As it felt hazardous to consume. I advise that this be looked into and be taken care of so other's wont get hurt by the inconsiderate of health safety.

They never get your order right and the whole crew is super rude and bitchy. Not to mention slow as hell. I don't recommend going here if you want good food and decent service.

This was an odd experience (August 2024). After crossing the border from BC, I realized we wouldn't make it to the Costco food court before it closed (it was almost 6pm). Saw this Taco Bell in time to (safely) swerve into its parking lot.
I forget if I ordered on the kiosk or via app, but I ordered the Luxe combo/box for ~$7 (didn't think I'd ever drop $7 at T Bell, but here we are).
There was neither anyone in the drive through nor anyone inside. There were 3-5 people working inside, but it was impossible to get anyone's attention. It was like they were trained to ignore you. A few times, I actually questioned if I was a ghost/apparition lol.
The food took quite a bit to get, and what was stranger was my coffee took even longer once I got my food. Points for the bathroom being clean, but overall just a really bizarre experience.

Dirtiest Taco Bell ever. Employees laughing and goofing around in kitchen. Food messes on tables, chairs and floor. Had to reach over counter to get cups. Order missing food. Sauce packets all mixed up. Soda all over counter and floor around drink machine.

Order placed on their app, arrived at 10pm, it’s currently 10:34PM and I’ve been asked to wait at the front so they can bring my food out. There were 2 vehicles in front of me when I arrived. To top it off, after being handed my drink and left to wait at the window for my food, the server came back to let me know the main item I ordered wasn’t available as they don’t have any, and then after me fumbling to figure out a replacement someone in the kitchen says “nah we can do it now”, and they then asked me to pull around.
I’m confused by a few things here, why is it so slow when it isn’t even busy, why did they not know my order wasn’t available when I arrived, how did it suddenly become available, and why am I waiting 40 minutes for Taco Bell? It’s 10:40PM now and I still don’t have my food.
I’ve tried this place many times, it’s always pretty wonky but this last trip is my last for a very long time. I have no clue what needs to be done but there is no way this is how a Taco Bell, or any fast food chain is supposed to be run and it seems like a colossal failure by the management.
Service was excellent. I think the front doors could use either an electric button or easier to pull doors for wheelchair users, especially since the doors are doubled.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking right out front of the doors is helpful. There is two sets of doors to enter the building which are a bit heavy and I didn’t see a wheelchair accessible button to press to hold the doors open while I assisted a wheelchair user through the doors.

Want to get ripped off? Go to the Lynden Taco Bell drive-thru. Only gave me two of the four drinks ordered and when I asked for the missing drinks, they gave me a smaller size than ordered. Got home and found items missing from my order.

Though this location can be a bit slower at times, I’ve honestly never had any issues with orders (both in person, in the drive thru or mobile order online). Food is always great, I really love the ease of ordering at the kiosks inside. Dining room area has been clean & organized every time I go in! Considering the closest other Taco Bell is a 20 min drive away, I’m happy to be patient at this location so close to home!
