Whenever we come to see family up here, we have to go to Woods! This is my favorite location! Today there was a sign mishap on the price of the new Christmas mugs. The one gal said she couldn’t honor it or change it. My husband just paid for but in the mist of it, we didn’t order my coffee. I sat down disappointed and frustrated because of this my favorite coffee shop up here and I wanted to get the peppermint cold brew so I went back up and talked to a nice young man named Conner, I ordered my drink he told me it was so Good and he was right! And he knew what happened with the mishap on the price tag and gave me Great customer service honored the price and refund my money back then gave me my drink for free!
Thank you Connor for doing the right thing! And for the bed Christmas drink!
I’ll see you all next time we dive up from Vancouver Wa!
Thank you again Connor

I’m a first time customer here, the staff was friendly and pointed me to a town attraction, and the coffee was great

Nice place to grab coffee early mornings. This is a smaller town, so not too many places are open. This is a great option. Clean store and the staff are friendly.

Love going here, although recently I got a Baja croissant sandwich and paid 10$ for it (assuming for the specialty bacon and guac) just to get halfway through the sandwich and realize there's almost no guac on my sandwich and it's mostly turkey and very little bacon 😔. Probably won't buy again but I do recommend their twists (both seasonal limited offers and the spinach artichoke one) and an avalanche with chocolate syrup added to it and whipped cream (mine and my husband's go to for coffee)! Staff is always friendly and creating a welcoming environment both in the drive thru and Cafe itself!

Excellent latte as always. Staff was very friendly. The only issue I had was having to wait about 10 minutes to get waited on. There were only two people working at the time (about 2:30 pm). A third was needed because the drive up window kept them hopping. I felt sorry for the person making the drinks cause she was so swamped. I had the impression she felt a bit overwhelmed. The only reason I went inside was because I had a reward to redeem. I hadn't realized how easy that process was or I would have joined the line at the drive up window.

Always something good on the menu. Powerful branding mixed with warm customer service and good coffee! Personally Brown Bear (dark roast) is my favorite

Love it. Best coffee I have found so far in Washington state. They will even do ristreto pulls for the espresso shots. Everything we have had is delicious

The coffee itself at Woods is outstanding. A real treat. This particular day it was packed with customers, but they were doing a good job getting everything pumped out.
