The coffee itself at Woods is outstanding. A real treat. This particular day it was packed with customers, but they were doing a good job getting everything pumped out.

Amazing coffee. They get the order right each time. Friendly staff
Long wait times, customer service non existent and order/pickup process clearly has issues. I waited in front of pick up area for a coffee drink and breakfast sandwich. I heard them call out my drink and watched for my sandwich. There were 3 that laid on the counter for at least 5 minutes. I finally interrupted a staff member, asked if my sandwich was done and how I would even know if it was laying there. She turned it over and said read the back. I called it out. I am not sure how I could have missed it standing right in front of the pickup area. I clearly heard my drink. I won't be back. Disorganized, slow and rude. I have no idea if the other two items got picked up...who would know?

My husband and I stopped in for a treat. It was a little busy, I’d assume typical for a Sunday. Staff were friendly and working hard. We both got a drink and a food item. The food was ready right away. Our drinks got started and then a staff member got distracted by something so they sat forgotten to the side for a few extra minutes until someone walked over to them again and quickly finished them. I do enjoy their coffee.
I ordered a Bear Claw, the taste was good but it wasn’t as fresh as I was expecting.
My husband enjoyed the lemon loaf.
There was one large accessible bathroom that was clean, and there was lots of seating.
The entrance door, however, did not have an accessible button, even though there is an accessible parking spot right in front.
Parking: Located in a strip mall with lots of spots
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance door did not have an accessible button, even though there is an accessible parking spot right in front. There is space to move around and an accessible toilet.

Chill cozy place to just vibe at if you want to dine in. I had the London Fog & Santa Fe burrito. Both are pretty good & put some hot sauce while you're at it.
Parking: Right in front. Plenty of spots especially considering it's in a shopping center.
