Zero stars. They took our order online, and when we went to pick it up, it was closed at 6:15pm, which was when the system told us to pick it up. (Seems to have not been open all day on a Tuesday) They charged our credit card, and we have zero food.

The restaurant is in a little strip mall next to a bar and parking was challenging. The size of the restaurant is pretty small. When you step inside the gold and black decor is overwhelming and a few steps into the door and you're right at the counter. The taste was decent but it wasn't to wow about. It was my first time here and probably wouldn't be ordering any more take out. We had pad see ew chicken, fried rice and yellow curry chicken.

It’s very frustrating to rate somebody negatively when you haven’t even experienced it. They have their business tied into Uber and yet an hour after my order, they send a notice that the order was canceled. Not very professional and a waste of my time. Due to this unless I get a response, I will never order from them again.

This food was exquisite in every way food can be. When my plate of orange chicken was sat down, the first thing I noticed was the above average sized serving with delectable garnishments. I ate as quickly and as much as I could before I realized I should not have, as the teriyaki pork on schebabs was even more amazing. My dilemma began upon my arrival at my home. I had assumed my less than great feeling was caused by the smoke from wildfires in the area and being exposed to it for over an hour after eating, so I figured taking a lay down would ease my troubles. No. Laying down began a chain reaction of my orange chicken performing as if it were competing in a just dance battle, all within the confines of my stomach. Currently, the orange chicken is working its way through the routine, just the last and most uncomfortable portion to go. I will spare you the details of what I am sure is to come, only if you beware of the dangers of this delectable chicken.

I got the beef soup and the broth was good but not enough for me to come back or think about it again. the menu said it would have fried garlic and onion. All i saw was bean sprouts and beef. The beef was chewy. I havent had thai food in a while so i cant say if it was cooked right. I just didnt care for it. And the soup came to me like a little above luke warm. Not sure if that is normal either. The portion was small too and for 15 bucks you can get a large pho which could hold 3 of that soup. The place had a pretty cool esthetic which is the only thing i liked about the experience

I am so glad I found my neighborhood Thai restaurant! Stopped here on my way home from work last night, and I was so pleased—will definitely be back again. I ordered on-site for takeout. The host offered me water while I waited, and my food (shrimp fresh rolls and veggie dish with pork) was ready in 15 minutes or less. I have celiac disease (have to eat gluten free), so I do not trust restaurants easily, but Amata II Thai has me impressed! Great flavors, considerate service, and a thoughtfully-composed atmosphere.Dietary restrictions: I have celiac disease; I felt safe eating the food because the kitchen staff were knowledgeable, and I felt good after eating! Their peanut sauce is gluten free (came with shrimp fresh rolls), and they had a gluten free replacement for oyster sauce.

I ate here with my husband a few days ago and we both got the yellow curry and the phad thai. The food was delicious! Everything was so tasty and had amazing flavor. Our service was excellent. Our waiter was attentive but not too much. He was very sweet and talked with us a little bit. The atmosphere was very pleasant as well! Not too quiet or too noisy. It was just right! We will definitely be back!

I hate leaving bad reviews but i have to after my third bad experience. The food quality and flavor has gone down hill after many years. The last time i came in April we had to throw out half of our food. My Pad Thai noodle stir fry had a bad sour taste like spoiled meat or sprouts. I was on the toilet for a couple days. My partners Red Curry Chicken made her cough and choke from an over powering amount of something. Maybe you had a very bad day but at least the gyoza with the soy sauce tasted good. I came with my coworkers on our lunch break on Tuesday and then Friday of last week. The lights were off and the door locked. No reason for the closure. Yesterday was our last straw. We came to try again and there is a sign that says "Togo only". I guess they are doing away with dine in seating. There are many other good thai restaurants in the area so we will be looking elsewhere for dine in seating. You just lost the Edmonds School District Lunch Club Ladies.

I visited here for the first time recently. I have my favorite place but had heard a recommendation for here and decided to give it a shot.I got chicken satay, tofu fresh rolls, and pad khing. These (well, and the peanut sauce) is usually how I measure a Thai restaurant. It's a nice environment, can seat around 30 or so and not too tightly packed in. There is a storage area that's sort of exposed to the rest of it so that's a little peculiar to show some back-of-house things right in the middle where patrons will be seated.Location is a little awkward, so to get back northbound on 99 takes some traffic luck for left turns. Parking is pretty limited too; the restaurant was mostly empty but lots of cars in the (shared) parking area. Just be aware of this. The fresh rolls were a little smaller than some spots but absolutely delicious and I would get them again. The chicken satay was flavorful and the meat itself wasn't over-cooked or from secondary parts of the bird. Quite pleased with this and the peanut sauce had some spice in it as well, so bonus there! Perhaps a touch sweet (too much brown sugar maybe?) but it's a lot better than other spots. Would recommend ordering an additional side of it if you get both these apps since the quantity you get normally is too small. The pad khing was not all that great. I asked for 3 stars and it didn't taste at all spicy. It also didn't have the fish/oyster sauce that I've known pad khing to have at many other restaurants, and no green beans either. Guess it was just a different variation but I won't be getting that again.I got a to-go order and the estimated wait was pretty much spot on. I might call ahead next time to reduce my time sitting around. I really wish there was a direct way to order online rather than a 3rd party like Uber Eats. (side note, Uber Eats thought the restaurant was closed that day so some information is not quite current there.)Check the order screen too because something accidentally made its way onto the order list that I didn't ask for. There is plenty more items to explore on the menu and I will definitely be going back at some point.(Edited to correct a typo.)

Addictive calamari! Honestly, we've eaten here several times now, and my only difficulty is having a hard time keeping up my diet here. The food is great, the service is helpful. I'm happy it's local!
