Came around 9:00, Waited around 5-10 minutes to be seated since it was busy and once the waiter came around he grabbed us drinks and the wait for the food was 30+ minutes. Food was overcooked and crunchy, Personally i wouldn’t come back but the experience may differ depending on the time

I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at your Lynnwood location during a recent visit. I normally dine at your Bothell location and have always had positive experiences there, which makes this visit even more disappointing.
I stopped by the Lynnwood branch with my aunt while running errands and was shocked by the lack of professionalism and attention to basic service standards.
To begin, our waitress casually pulled out a chair and sat down while taking our order—something I found highly unprofessional. We both ordered bacon burger meals, which came with drinks and bottomless fries, and we also ordered two appetizers. Despite this, we had to request our drinks only after the food had already been delivered.
Throughout the meal, not once did our server check in to ask if we needed refills on drinks or fries, which are part of the meal. When my burger arrived, the bottom bun was completely soggy and flattened—essentially inedible. I managed to eat around it, but it was far from what I expect when dining at your establishment.
At the end of the meal, the server simply said, “Thank you for letting me serve you.” My aunt mentioned the issue with the bun, and I confirmed it, but instead of acknowledging or apologizing, the server turned around and walked away without saying a word.
What was even more frustrating is that no manager ever came by during the meal—not to introduce themselves, check on the table, or follow up after we raised the concern. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority at this location.
This was, without question, the worst dining experience I’ve had—not just at your restaurant, but in general. I will not be returning to the Lynnwood location.

waiting 15 minutes for Jackie just to come to me and take my order she didn’t until someone comes to me and said sorry she didn’t know you were here and I looked at her twice and everyone in the building saw me I was setting at the table even the manager, he saw me and the bartender Gavin saw me too how come she didn’t saw me and also this is my first time ever being here at lynnwood Applebee’s what a great experience and then there was some people sitting behind me and she take their order how come she didn’t saw me huh????? This is so ridiculous I’ll never ever come to this place again👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Walked in the door, BAM, amazing service. Learned all about him, great guy. Great service. The customer service at this location is scarily good. I've already forgotten everyone else's names, but they were pretty cool too. There was this woman, Kim, she looks so professional and super sweet. The manager, seems legit and we made sure he knew what a gem of a staff he had the privilege of getting to work for.

Went to the restaurant to try their all you can eat deal which on the TV showed chicken strips, buffalo wings, and shrimp. The restaurant took off the shrimp stating they made a mistake on their advertising. Not too happy about that...
