I placed a delivery order thru Applebees website 12/23/25 for 2 grilled cheeseburgers no sauce well done as my wife is pregnant. Order showed up both with sauce no big deal I’ll scrap it off, then the first bite the patty is literally raw and cold. I called the store and the offered to remake it and have us pick it up, if I could have picked it up I wouldn’t have paid for delivery in the first place. The person on the phone told me the cook was brand new and apologized and got the manager for me. After speaking to the manager we agreed on refund for the one meal sent via gift card to my email which would have been fine but they couldn’t even follow thru with that. I understand it’s a busy time of the year and mistakes happen but at least follow thru and make things right

Applebee’s is one of my go-to places when I’m hanging out late. The food is pretty good, and I love that they offer happy hour specials. It’s a comfortable spot to relax, grab a bite, and enjoy some drinks with friends. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

This was my first visit to Applebee’s, and I was very impressed. The prices were great, and the service was exceptional. My server, Clara, was incredibly kind and helpful. I felt a bit overwhelmed by the menu options, but she took the time to share her favorite dishes and guided me through the ordering process. I ended up choosing the quesadilla burger based on her recommendation, and it was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be returning.

Our server, Angely, was the best. She was attentive, checked in on us, allowed substitutions in our meals, and overall she made the experience great.
Food is amazing price is great. The one down fall is they pour drink light. I ordered a double perfect margaritas and the could of made it better. good place for a date night. They where patient and kind.
