How disappointing that your staff at Sangters International Airport- Montego Bay Departure lounge have taken the liberty to add a 3$ tip to every transaction. Also stating they only use Debit or Credit as a form of payment. Encourage thier customers NOT to review the charges and just to TAP. Thus, the staff are pocketing hundreds of dollars in Tips daily.
Order 3 cups of nuggets half full for the money u pay yes I understand they were busy but not fair to customers not the first time with this store

Just my opinion, maybe hire an adult to supervise. First time going there, walked up and ordered a pretzel dog, was informed I would have a long wait, which I would be ok with and was then met with blank stares. (would have been fresh). After a couple of minutes of silence I opted for already made pepperoni bites.
