The food itself was good, but the experience was considerably diminished due to the noise level from a live band. It was far too loud. My sound meter app consistently hoverered close to 80db. Prolonged exposure can cause hearing damage. Exposure to noise levels above 85 is considered harmful for human hearing and hearing protection is recommended. I enjoy hearing live music and the band sounded great, but, there is no reason to play such loud live music.

Edit: the food wasn't good after all. I took it to go and the orange chicken tasted far more like general tso's, with very spicy orange peel on the pieces of chicken. The egg rolls were tasteless and unpleasant. The only good thing was the Thai iced tea.

Do not sleep on the pork skewers!! You can get them as an app or with the vermicelli bowl!

Experienced pho place with a beautiful buildout, charming service, 3x the usual menu, and a full bar. They even book live music sometimes. The kitchen is killing it, the cocktails are great, and it's very easy to order too much food if you're a curious eater. Wonderful spot.

Basil Bistro has become one of those spots I can’t stop thinking about. The food is just that good — rich, flavorful, and made with real care. The broth alone feels like a warm hug on a cold Seattle day. You can taste the quality in every bite.

What really makes this place special, though, is the people. Khou, Anthony, and the whole team are always so welcoming and attentive. They make you feel like more than a customer — like you’re part of the place.

If you’re looking for incredible Vietnamese food and genuine hospitality, Basil Bistro is it. I can’t wait to come back.

What a hidden gem in Lynnwood! It's rare to find a pho place that also serves cocktails, and they were great. The wife said probably the best Espresso Martini she's ever had. Food was also great, with the exception of the quail, which was over cooked and dry. The basil beef and the pho were both well seasoned and delicious. And the garlic parm chicken wings were not what we expected, but were still great. We'll be back pho-sure!

We are so happy our favorite pho place opened another location closer to us! Loved the deco and wait staff. We had to ask for another chili sauce we liked from the Everett location to make the meal perfect. We promised to come back for their game night menu but not sure if we will get to try it because we like their pho so much.

This is one beautiful Vietnamese restaurant. Plenty of dining seats, modern furniture that also reflects cultural history as well as a full service bar.

The menu is easily readable and prices in prices are affordable so I will be coming back regularly. When I came in to pick up my order, I was regularly assisted by the staff.

I was able to talk with the owner. He informed me about their late night hours and live bands performing on the weekends.

I will be making this my go-to Vietnamese restaurant.
