I saw one of your employees smoking cigarettes in her car and then throwing them out on the ground. Smoking cigarettes in her car is perfectly legal, but I object to her throwing her cigarette butts on the ground

Yay I made it in before closing and was greeted by two happy employees. I was served by Gracie & Truth who were super friendly and willing to introduce me to a new ‘Banana’ flavor. They didn’t mind offering to pack a quart of my favorite Pistachio Almond but I went home with two pre packs and a double waffle cone! I love seeing good customer service in young kids! These kids made me feel comfortable even with how late it was at the Lynnwood location. I’ll be back maybe for a cute clown cone too! Glad to see them back!

Pre-ordered a mud pie for a birthday. The ONE thing I asked for was to use whipped cream instead of that gross white frosting to pipe the top with. Guess what the one thing the did wrong was? The reason I made the request is because the first time I ordered one, I discovered this location makes it not according to the B&R description but with that nasty frosting. Ok, lesson learned. A simple request next time should remedy that, right? Nope. Guess not.

We ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday celebration last week. I called the store a couple of hours in advance to confirm that my cake would be ready and informed them of my pick-up time at 4 PM. When I arrived to pick up the cake, I was in a rush and only managed a quick glance at it. Since it matched the design my husband had ordered, I assumed it was the correct cake. I did notice immediately that it didn't look as neat and beautiful as the stock image had shown, and some parts were already melting when they placed it in the case. When I got home and unboxed the cake, I realized it wasn't mine; the birthday message was addressed to someone else. I contacted the store, and they confirmed they had my cake. They said that if I had not eaten the cake, I should bring it back, and they would give me the correct one. I took the first cake back and exchanged it for mine. I was in disbelief that they would take a cake back that had been to someone's home and provide it to another customer. Due to time constraints, I had no choice but to use the cake from this store at the birthday party, but I will never order from them again because of their unhygienic and unsafe actions.

My little one loves their very berry strawberry flavor icecream. We explore different Baskins stores time to time. And this one was very clean,spacious and servers were smiling and gave us a really good vibe. Will surely go back to this store again.

Only Daiquiri ice for dairy free options (Gross) and no classic flavors like cotton candy.Also, the doory is extremely heavy, I was struggling to open the door with my cart and the staff just watched me struggle and offered no help.Won't be back.
Sweetest girls working tonight (Valentine’s Day) and they helped us get a good cake. Loved the mango tajin and chamoy popsicles!!

Showed up at 9:54 for late night ice cream mind you the front does say 10pm. Two girls working the night shift on 1/26/2024 told us we’re closed. With a very nice attitude! Love it. I’ve worked customer service for YEARS you don’t close till the cash registers till it’s closing time. Informed them about that and they just said well we are closed. Then laughed and locked the door.
