Went there 10 minutes before close and they had the open light off already. There was a line and the girls refused to make anything besides scoops of ice cream. Wouldn't even put sprinkles on top of the children in front of us. Horrible customer service and lack of work ethics.

The ice cream is really nostalgic for me, especially the cookie dough flavor. It wasn’t in the main tubs but they were selling quarts of it so I purchased one and asked the employee, Sara(h), if I could have a cone of it. She was super happy to get me all set up and honestly had a really great attitude about it. She had me grinning the whole time. There were also some really loud and obnoxious customers before us and the two employees, including her, were super patient and friendly to them. So happy to see someone putting in effort to give good customer service. ❤️

I don't write reviews and I am sad to write this one. But, I do have to say there were two workers, one male and one female both in their late teens/early twenties(?). The first thing we saw when we walked in was the gal looked at us, whispered something to the guy and laughed. The rest of the time she ignored us or sneered at us. But the male worker was very professional and did a great job answering our questions, taking our order, and making my drink in a timely manner. It might be my imagination, but it seemed he too was a bit uneasy with her attitude toward us. Perhaps she had a bad day? Other than that, the place was clean and there was a great selection.

Kids of course love all sugar. But for me sprinkles tasted chemically or stale, but the place was clean and employees were wonderful.

I saw one of your employees smoking cigarettes in her car and then throwing them out on the ground. Smoking cigarettes in her car is perfectly legal, but I object to her throwing her cigarette butts on the ground
Yay I made it in before closing and was greeted by two happy employees. I was served by Gracie & Truth who were super friendly and willing to introduce me to a new ‘Banana’ flavor. They didn’t mind offering to pack a quart of my favorite Pistachio Almond but I went home with two pre packs and a double waffle cone! I love seeing good customer service in young kids! These kids made me feel comfortable even with how late it was at the Lynnwood location. I’ll be back maybe for a cute clown cone too! Glad to see them back!

Pre-ordered a mud pie for a birthday. The ONE thing I asked for was to use whipped cream instead of that gross white frosting to pipe the top with. Guess what the one thing the did wrong was? The reason I made the request is because the first time I ordered one, I discovered this location makes it not according to the B&R description but with that nasty frosting. Ok, lesson learned. A simple request next time should remedy that, right? Nope. Guess not.

What happened with the Pistachio? Since when did it have Almonds in it ? Don't the kids serving this Pistachio does not have Almonds? & if served to someone with Allergies to Almonds may cause devastating symptoms? Fix it!
