The ice cream is really nostalgic for me, especially the cookie dough flavor. It wasn’t in the main tubs but they were selling quarts of it so I purchased one and asked the employee, Sara(h), if I could have a cone of it. She was super happy to get me all set up and honestly had a really great attitude about it. She had me grinning the whole time. There were also some really loud and obnoxious customers before us and the two employees, including her, were super patient and friendly...
I don't write reviews and I am sad to write this one. But, I do have to say there were two workers, one male and one female both in their late teens/early twenties(?). The first thing we saw when we walked in was the gal looked at us, whispered something to the guy and laughed. The rest of the time she ignored us or sneered at us. But the male worker was very professional and did a great job answering our questions, taking our order, and making my drink in a timely manner....
Yay I made it in before closing and was greeted by two happy employees. I was served by Gracie & Truth who were super friendly and willing to introduce me to a new ‘Banana’ flavor. They didn’t mind offering to pack a quart of my favorite Pistachio Almond but I went home with two pre packs and a double waffle cone! I love seeing good customer service in young kids! These kids made me feel comfortable even with how late it was at the Lynnwood location. I’ll be back maybe...
