The line was so long on opening day, they put a hard limit on the line to ensure they had enough puffs for each customer.
After two hours of waiting, they told us they had actually run out early and refused to take more orders. When asked if they would just accept orders for collaboration merchandise, they also refused. So, after two hours in line, dozens of customers were turned away with no food, no merch, and no semblance of an apology.
To add insult to injury, other locations which also ran out of ingredients let customers order merchandise and return on another day to pick up their food.
Even for people that got their orders in before I was turned away, they were short-changing them on orders by using mini regular filled creampuffs instead of the advertised collaboration flavored creampuffs.
Put simply, the collaboration was handled poorly by this location’s staff. I wouldn’t recommend anyone support a business that has such blatant disrespect for their customers.
Avoid this place. There are plenty of other dessert options in the area which would be a better use of your time and hard earned money.
