1st time here. Heard and read good reviews, so met a friend for a weekday lunch. I observed a clean dining area, and recieved courteous and quick service, and a generous portion. Seemed like the price was a little high, but I'm happy to pay a couple bucks for great service and delicious food. Thank you, will be back ; - )

This was 100% mediocre, not inedible but not good either. The portions were small, the beef teriyaki was fatty and it was the most expensive take out teriyaki I have purchased (even in Seattle). It is fine in a pinch but I would probably choose somewhere else for my own meal.

Tried to get a take out from this store this evening but the girl was so rude! Didn't allow my little service dog to get in the store, even I said she's a service dog!! I walked out and left immediately, never will I get food from them again!!

Stopped in while very hungry one rainy day. The staff were incredibly friendly, the food was fresh, quickly prepared and of generous portions. Great spot for some quick delicious teriyaki! I have yet to try their sushi.

Well, this is kind of disappointing. This was our go-to for teriyaki. But, then they changed management. The food is not as good. And, the service can be less than friendly. It seems like they're pinching every penny which lowers the dining experience. Too bad.

Absolutely terrible service. Extremely unapologetic staff when they served us, to go, overcooked, black, dry chicken without any sauce. Straight from the grill onto a bed of dry rice and into styrofoam. No extra teriyaki sauce, no teriyaki on the chicken at all and burnt. Gyoza was put into the bag with no sauce so it was dry too. Went back after discovering this once we got home, our fault for not checking and are bad for thinking we could trust them to make decent food, And they were full of excuses. They said customers complained about teriyaki sauce on teriyaki and they like their chicken black. They owned nothing and were completely unapologetic and combative. They eventually made the chicken teriyaki again but this time put way too much sauce on it aggressively clearly. There was so much sauce that it leaked out all over the bag on the way out of the door even though I didn't tilt it. When I show this to them they grabbed it and tilted and poured some of the sauce off and reclosed it and handed it to me and walked away.I'd rather starve than eat here again. These people do not deserve our business. With all of the teriyaki businesses out there you would think they would try to do something different or special rather than just plain arrogantly treat people like garbage.Never again.
