I was here for over an hour and didn’t receive any service. There were people who came in AFTER ME and still got their food BEFORE ME. So unprofessional!

I had a very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. I ordered the cauliflower wings, but they were served with meat. When I raised the issue with the manager, I was met with an incredibly rude and disrespectful response. Instead of addressing my concern, the manager made sarcastic taunts, implying that this is a ‘chicken place,’ dismissing my concerns entirely. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of respect for customers is unacceptable. I would not recommend this location to anyone seeking decent customer service or dietary accommodations.

Absolute trash servers. All making eye contact while standing around on their phones behind the bar. The bartender looked over at us waiting and just smirked. The waitress served two tables that came in after us.

I made an online order and it missed half of my order when delivered. I called and spoke to multiple staff before talking the manager, she said she would refund me and said it wouldn’t be put in until the next day but it hasn’t been done. I’ve waited 7 days already and no refund.
Not the first time this location has messed up my order. Really bad customer service especially being that we spoke to the manager who assured us we’d be refunded!
Make the order right, put yourself in customer shoes to understand!

Came in on football Sunday, so the dining room was pretty full. For some reason they only had 3 servers on the floor and it took about 10 minutes for one of them to get to us (self seating means you wait for somebody to notice you). Took a while for our first round of drinks from the bar, and they were brought out by a busser/server assistant. We only saw our server twice, and after we got our food we tried to order a second round of bar drinks, 20 minutes later we were still waiting. We were told by the server "I put your drinks in a long time ago but they were probably too busy to bring them to you". We asked for the bill and to take the second round off since we'd waited so long and finished eating already. She brought the check back with those drinks still on it. Disappointing service from someone who was wearing a "certified trainer" shirt. She either needs more support, or shouldn't be trusted to train the team. Fellow service industry here, I understand being busy but this service was subpar.

Not great service, cleanliness and small portions - meh experience. We came in right after 2 PM in the afternoon during the week, this is right at the end of their Lunch so perhaps, we were right at the end of a rush. The restaurant was a wreck, more than half the tables were empty but still had plates on them. The floor was a mess with food and napkins next to a couple of tables. The young lady who I guess was the busser somewhat acknowledged us. We asked if we could sit at a table (it still had a half full glass on it and the check). She sorta grumbled as we asked if she would please wipe the table down. Took a bit for our server to bring us menus. Also took a bit for him to come and take our order. We got wings and a burger.

When our food came it was fine, the burger was pretty small, but tasty and the price was reasonable. The final blow was that it took a long time for us to get our check, the server passed us buy a couple of times we finally had to flag him down to get our check. Perhaps there were too many tables for the server to take care of? Certainly the crew who were working that day there were too many tables for.

Absolutely Horrible Experience (Not even crowded)

This Buffalo Wild Wings location is hands down the worst I’ve ever been to. The management is nonexistent, and it’s clear that no one wants to work. Despite not being crowded, the wait time is outrageously long. No one checks you in, and every single table is filthy. Employees seem completely indifferent and don’t bother cleaning tables so others can sit down. This isn’t a one-time issue—it’s happened three days in a row that we try to come here. (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday).

The atmosphere is neither friendly nor clean, and it feels like no one cares about the customer experience. After waiting forever, you finally get seated only to face an even longer wait for a server to take your order. And when the food finally arrives (if it ever does), you’ve already lost your appetite from the frustration.

I’ll never come back to this location. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, and long waits for absolutely no reason, make this the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever visited. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Always loved this place… but haven’t been here since before the pandemic, and my experience today… was just one of the worst I’ve ever had. First, they made us change tables because it was kind of empty, and they didn’t want to have to walk far to get us service. Second, the person taking our order (bartender I think) was so not helpful, in a hurry, and not friendly at all, that we had to call him back numerous times to get our order the way it was supposed to. We got the deal they had, and didn’t even wait for us to choose what type of fries, or even had the patience to let us decide what type of sauce for our wings. We ordered two IPAs Elysium, and what we got, was two watered down bud lights, for 18$!!! And when we asked him if they were the beers that we ordered, he was quick to answer “you’re correct “ while we looked so unsatisfied with them. The wings, were like if they just microwaved them. Our deal had the soda drinks included, and he didn’t even ask what we wanted until we called him back. We were trying to ordered some shots, and he was just walking away while we were trying to get some info on what they were. And at the end, they ended up charging us with two different meals, two sodas, and making the experience that I wanted to give my wife for the first time trying “my favorite wing place” a horrible one. Never again will come back.
And the thing is that it wasn’t even busy! So they left me no choice but to leave this review. Truly disappointed… and I loved this place.

Buffalo Wild Wings offers a lively atmosphere perfect for casual dining, especially for sports fans looking to catch the game with friends. The restaurant's signature feature is, of course, its wings, which come in a wide range of flavors from mild to blazing hot. The traditional wings are crispy on the outside while remaining tender and juicy inside, and the boneless options are equally satisfying.

The sauces range from classic Buffalo to unique options like Mango Habanero and Desert Heat, allowing for a customizable flavor experience. For those looking for variety, the menu also includes burgers, salads, and shareable appetizers like mozzarella sticks and pretzel knots.

Service can vary depending on the location, but generally, the staff is friendly and attentive, particularly during busy game nights when the place tends to get crowded. The casual, upbeat vibe is perfect for watching sports on their numerous big-screen TVs, making it an ideal spot for group gatherings.

While the food can be a bit on the pricier side for what you get, the portions are generous, and the overall experience makes up for it. Whether you're there for wings, drinks, or just the atmosphere, Buffalo Wild Wings delivers a solid, fun dining experience.
