Meh. We sat for 20 mins waiting for our food. They were out of all but 2 flavors by 7pm. The waffle was soggy.

What can I say? It looks exactly like the pictures did, and it tastes delicious. They serve bubble tea and dessert. No lunch menu here. I got the strawberry ice cream waffle thing (pictured). The blend of fresh fruit, ice cream, and a warm waffle is amazing. Just make sure you take your picture and start eating quickly. The warm waffle will start melting the ice cream super fast, and ice cream will start melting through the thin parts of the waffle about half way through. It's the sort of messy that makes you want to lick your fingers. I got mine on a slightly chilly October day, but I'm sure it would be even better during the summer.
Service was fast, but I was the only one there. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is good, but it's on the far side of a large parking lot, with an amazing view of the busy road. Definitely not a great place to walk while you eat, and I wanted to walk while I ate my dessert. Ice cream doesn't mix with driving. If they could score a place inside or adjacent to the nearby mall, I'm sure they'd be crazy busy all the time.
Parking: Cafe Kelo is in the middle of a large parking lot, which is both good and bad.
It was absolutely delicious and I looooooved it soooo much, for sure going there more and more. The guys are really gentlemen and polite and make orders ready quickly it was fabulous experience. The best part is it’s halal.
