Charleys Cheesesteaks

First off I'll say sadly I don't have high expectations for customer service nowadays so I'm not judging these guys off of a gold standard.. but even with that everyone at this place just seems to have a poo poo attitude every time I come. They will say the right things like please and thank you, but the attitude behind it is overtly negative. I get working customer service sucks but at some point you've got to be a little bit grateful for the guy spending $20 for a sandwich... because without that guy you don't have a job...
As far as the food it's okay, I would say most of the time it's good and hot and fresh, sometimes not. But I've ordered like 10 times and asked politely every time for extra mushrooms and every time I literally can't even see any in my sandwich. If I'm spending $20 for a sandwich I think you can afford to give me 15-20cents worth of extra mushrooms. I mean, a side of a cup of ranch is almost a dollar, I don't think this place can cry poor on ingredient margins. Anyway very sad to leave this long view because I really do try to like this place but there are obviously some things in the chain that need fixed from the top down.

Good food, fast and friendly service

First time I've had this and I must say I've been missing out everything we ordered was absolutely fantastic from the Phillies, the Fry's, the lemonades, and the wings. I wish there was a location where I live if there was i'd definitely be a regular hands down.

The food was prepared promptly upon placing the order. Alejandro an Francisco both did a phenomenal job with the modifications as well as customer service. This place was ran smoothly, operable, rapid and professional. Because of the level of customer satisfaction, I will be back. Thank you Francisco and Alejandro for today

Ordered small philly steaks combo. It came with french frize within two minutes. It was fast but testing the philly steak stricked me nausea, so bad test, smells like something dead. Please don't eat it!!

Charging $17 for a meal and no dipping sauces come with it is crazy! .60 to get a dipping sauce is crazier

Worst experience. There was a gentleman standing and talking to all the Employees ( think it was a boyfriend/ family member) no one was working besides the guy making the sandwiches. They were just standing there talking and the guy was showing them a game on his phone. It was busy. My order did not entail a sandwich but I proceeded to wait almost 20 min because the person was talking to the guy. I was not the only annoyed customer waiting around. Food was made incorrectly and poorly too. Makes me not want to return which is unfortunate because I love your food.

If you're going to make drivers wait long while you service a long line of in store orders. Offer drivers fries, so they don't deliver half of the order only to make you look like a trashy restaurant.

terrible, a female attendant stole 20 dollars from me, I gave her a 20 dollar bill, a 10 dollar bill and a 5 dollar bill, 35 dollars and she told me that I had only given her 15, and I'm sure that I gave her 20 dollars too, if she had pulled out the cameras she would have been there, but nobody resolved anything!!

What a disappointment. One meal made up of a classic cheese steak, what I thought were loaded fries (dry fries with bacon crumbles, no cheese, no extras) one large lemonade. TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS.
This couldve been quality and worth the price and experience. instead it was garbage. The only reason I gave two stars is because there was a decent amount of meat on the sandwich. The service was awful, so my food sat for no reason. The counter was dirty and sad.
I tried. I likely won't go there again.

Great cheesesteak, but a bit pricey. One complaint is that the steaks should be able to come with cheez wiz without an upcharge, but you can’t substitute it. Otherwise steaks are quite customizable.
