The food here is delicious, the atmosphere is great for family and friends outings, but most importantly the professionalism of the manager Francisco is beyond. He makes good suggestions, is polite and prepared the order very promptly. Thank you Francisco. This gentleman needs a raise or promotion for the hard work he contributes to the establishment

I always get my food here and I love their sandwiches. This time I ordered a large chicken California sandwich, but unfortunately, one side of the bread was completely empty, and the other side only had chicken, sauce, lettuce, and tomatoes. Normally, a large sandwich should be full on both sides. I paid $14 for this, but I feel like I wasted my money. My advice to you is to check the package after you receive it to make sure there are no missing ingredients.

I had a really bad experience today, the took 40 minutes to get my order, and when I got it, it had no meat on it, been eating on this place a couple times per month, this one was really disappointing, just consider other places

Best customer service. Workers went above and beyond to correct a small error in my order and they were incredibly professional about it. They surpassed my expectations and I will definitely be coming back to eat here in the future!

The team here is rude and beyond lacking in customer service- we were placing an order on the kiosks because no one was coming to help. Apparently this store closes at 8pm on Saturday even though the others are open until 9 or 10 around the area. Well we were checking out at 7:58 and as completed our order and waited for someone to start it(still no one had said anything) - a guy came up a few minutes later and said sorry it’s 8:02 and we are closed. It refunded my card but geez what kind of service is that. I get now why they didn’t come over to help when we came up to place the order but a little communication would have been nice rather than waiting until we were waiting for the food and then cancelling the order. Terrible customer support. Entire team still standing there rather than making the order..

First off I'll say sadly I don't have high expectations for customer service nowadays so I'm not judging these guys off of a gold standard.. but even with that everyone at this place just seems to have a poo poo attitude every time I come. They will say the right things like please and thank you, but the attitude behind it is overtly negative. I get working customer service sucks but at some point you've got to be a little bit grateful for the guy spending $20 for a sandwich... because without that guy you don't have a job...
As far as the food it's okay, I would say most of the time it's good and hot and fresh, sometimes not. But I've ordered like 10 times and asked politely every time for extra mushrooms and every time I literally can't even see any in my sandwich. If I'm spending $20 for a sandwich I think you can afford to give me 15-20cents worth of extra mushrooms. I mean, a side of a cup of ranch is almost a dollar, I don't think this place can cry poor on ingredient margins. Anyway very sad to leave this long view because I really do try to like this place but there are obviously some things in the chain that need fixed from the top down.

First time I've had this and I must say I've been missing out everything we ordered was absolutely fantastic from the Phillies, the Fry's, the lemonades, and the wings. I wish there was a location where I live if there was i'd definitely be a regular hands down.

The food was prepared promptly upon placing the order. Alejandro an Francisco both did a phenomenal job with the modifications as well as customer service. Ordered small philly steaks combo. It came with french frize within two minutes. It was fast but testing the philly steak stricked me nausea, so bad test, smells like something dead. Please don't eat it!!

Charging $17 for a meal and no dipping sauces come with it is crazy! .60 to get a dipping sauce is crazier

Worst experience. There was a gentleman standing and talking to all the Employees ( think it was a boyfriend/ family member) no one was working besides the guy making the sandwiches. They were just standing there talking and the guy was showing them a game on his phone. It was busy. My order did not entail a sandwich but I proceeded to wait almost 20 min because the person was talking to the guy. I was not the only annoyed customer waiting around. Food was made incorrectly and poorly too. Makes me not want to return which is unfortunate because I love your food.
