As much as i hate giving bad reviews.. this place deserves it. I came here on my lunch break for a bite and ordered a chicken philly with no mushrooms (I'm allergic) and no tomato. I also paid for a side of ranch. Upon receiving my order, i had no ranch AND my sandwich had both mushrooms and tomatoes on it. I couldn't eat it and since I had to go back to work, I couldn't go back to get it replaced. Wanted to like this place.Dietary restrictions: They will NOT follow any restrictions you have
I absolutely hate the new ordering system. It takes three times as long to order something. I now go next door to Panda Express, which still has cashiers.

The teenagers working here are rude as hell!!!! Every time you go here, they just take cash and they'll f*ck your order up!! Absolutely not a cool experience.

Screwed up the sandwich I ordered, unless you have to punch in for sauce. Totally bland and never going back. Lady behind the counter barely understands English. Gave up asking her for anything. Fries were mush too. Spend your money elsewhere.

Charley's is complete and utter trash. Philly Cheesessteak on a baguette. Yeah no thanks. Being from Philly I take it personally. It's not a Philly Cheesesteak if it's not on a fresh baked Italian roll. Not to mention it's way over priced. It's a badtardazation of a Philadelphia staple. Don't call it a Philly Cheesesteak just call it a steak sandwich with cheeses on a trash baguette. There's a reason they're only in mall food courts. Keep it pushin with that commercialized trash. ?

If you are looking for "The Cheesesteaks" this is not the place. It's a typical shopping mall eatery. Their Cheesesteaks are decent. Side fries are really good. Service is quick. Hardly have to wait for long to get the food.

Poor experience at this location. Only one kiosk to order from, long line, no help at counter, staff does everything it can to avoid talking to customers at all. Forgot my order and lied about it being "almost ready", but staff couldn't care less. As mobile orders rolled in, they were given priority over in-person orders. No respect for customers, their experience, or their time. Food was decent and a decent value overall, but I won't be back for the reasons cited above.

I've had a few cheesesteaks during my time. Geno's. Pat's. Any number of random places scattered across the country. And the one universal quality - outside of seasoning, flavor, cheese, etc - is that you get some goddamn steak. You leave feeling satisfied. You don't leave feeling cheated. Well, not here. I had the misfortune of ordering my "cheesesteak" online so I couldn't light into whichever poor bastard was putting together this culinary abortion. This thing has so little meat on it you might as well call it a cheesebread. Except it ALSO has so little cheese on it you'd have to call it a breadbread. What's the point of ordering a fucking cheesesteak when they're going to fuck you on both the cheese and the steak! Tl;dr: don't come here unless you want a bread sandwich lightly flavored with beef and cheese.

Philly Cheesesteaks have been one of my favorites since an East Coast friend turned me on to them a few years ago. I've now eaten A LOT of them in California, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado and now Washington. Without a doubt this was the GOAT, greatest of all time! Lots of steak, cheese, peppers and the jalapeños I added. The bacon cheese fries were fantastic and I even treated myself to a rich, creamy chocolate milkshake. Hard on my waste, but good for my soul! Excellent!

I need a manager to contact me asap. Not acceptable and certainly not under the health code. I found a whole fry in my lemonade drink. I wish I was kidding!! Plain disgusting, and straight up inconsiderate. I need to hear from a manager and get taken care of properly asap.

This is my favorite restaurant in the alderwood mall and the bad reviews left on here are outright false with the amazing food and customer service I received. I ordered a California and an ultimate fry for a very reasonable price and I will be very excited to go back to this amazing establishment again with my family.
