We had 20 people for a family-style ‘thank-you” dinner. Not a big event compared to many they do, but they all were very helpful. The dinner was stupendous and everyone was raving as they tried each new dish. Our evening was a big success with a crew that worked very professionally.

Chef Dane catered a cruise on Puget Sound Express “Chilkat.” The food was delicious. There was a nice selection. My guests made a point to tell me how much they enjoyed the food. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They even brought boxes so we could take the leftovers home. However, there were not a lot of leftovers as the food was just that good, and they had planned well. Beverage service was also spot on.

The sandwiches - hard rolls with lots of turkey. All of the vegetables and fruit were crisp and full of flavor. They had everything set up one hour before the service.

The service and food were both excellent and we received many complements on those. They also worked well with the venue and made sure they met all requirements for clean up.
