We hired Chef Dane for our daughter's quinceañera and couldn't be happier with our choice! It was our first time planning a 150 person event so we relied on Chef Dane's suggestions for staffing, timing, and other areas and they were all spot on. Absolutely phenomenal service and food. Shelby was a wonderful coordinator to assist in some last minute planning for mom’s birthday. The amount of variety in food and ease of ordering was very much appreciated and an absolute hit with attendees, many of whom asked who catered the food. Cannot recommend Chef Dane’s catering service enough. Thank you guy for helping create a fantastic event and incredible memory.
Made contact 2 weeks before my event on-line. The receipient was very quick to respond and sent a proposed menu right off the bat.
I asked to see the entire menu but honestly what was proposed was just fine. We agreed on a price and the number of heads I was feeding I made a very minimal deposit which I thought was very generous on their part.
