She was not only incredibly kind but also had a great sense of humor that made my day so much better. From the moment I approached the counter, she had amaze energy and her name was SHAYLA!!
As she took my order, she cracked a few jokes that had me laughing out loud. It was refreshing to see someone so passionate about their job, and it really showed in the way she interacted with customers. Her positive energy was contagious, and it made the whole experience enjoyable.

“Drive-thru experience on a Friday evening using the app to order ahead: Drive-thru layout is well thought out. Long drive-thru queue lane with an entry from a large parking lot so there is low likelihood of traffic on the adjacent road being affected even when they are busy. I found both entry and exit from the property to be relatively easy. Food was fresh and tasty (just as you would expect from most Chick-fil-A properties). Service was also quick and friendly. My app order was quickly found when entering the drive-thru and she even asked if I wanted any sauces since I didn't add any to my app order. When food was provided they made sure to tell me that the cookie was hot and fresh out of the oven as a warning. Would definitely return to this location.“
