Drive-thru experience on a Friday evening using the app to order ahead: Drive-thru layout is well thought out. Long drive-thru queue lane with an entry from a large parking lot so there is low likelihood of traffic on the adjacent road being affected even when they are busy. I found both entry and exit from the property to be relatively easy. Food was fresh and tasty (just as you would expect from most Chick-fil-A properties). Service was also quick and friendly. Great place, the only thing I have with them is that every time I order a drink with little ice, they fill it up all the way. Do the brim with ice? So now I just have to order no eyes. On my drinks to avoid getting a cup. Full of ice, instead of a drink, I order other than that. It's a great place.
5 stars for several drive through visits with mobile order. Great service, good food and iced coffee. 2 stars for first pickup order from this location today - was ignored for quite a while at the pickup window, despite my drink being ready and sitting behind the counter; then was told they don’t know how to handle pickup orders with only a drink.
