They have a kiosk to self order for ToGo which is nice. However, you do need to know what you want ahead of time - the menu of the kiosk is bare bones and doesn’t really describe what the dish consists of. Even though they were busy, our order came quickly. Portions are really big which is nice - definitely going to get two meals out of mine but my husband ate a whole bowl in one sitting. Wish the bowls just had a bit more rice to make a more balanced ratio. Very good overall!

Meh. Good service. Good quality ingredients...but nothing special in flavors. Best as drunk late night grub.

The food is decent, albeit overpriced. However the sanitary environment, the atmosphere, and the service could use a lot of improvement. They don’t even offer tap water to customers dining in after we purchased a bowl and fries for 25 dollars. (Not counting the tip) Very annoyed that they are contributing to quality of restaurants going down significantly, they have inflated prices to the point no one middle class wants to go there, restaurants like these are destroying the culture of dining in Lynnwood/Edmonds area. And this is a very middle class establishment, there is no service and it’s a tiny restaurant with parking looking benches (bad quality) inside. I say this as a lifelong resident of the Edmonds Lynnwood area seeing shops and restaurants come and go since I was a child. This restaurant needs to do an about face on their service and what they are offering to justify their menu prices if they don’t want to go out of business, offering only bottled products is very infuriating given the price point and lack of service whilst still demanding a tip.

The huli Huli bowl is my favorite thing to get here, and I would rate that alone as 5 stars. Every meal (even the bulgogi fries) is enough for 2 servings, but I usually end up eating it all at once because the huli Huli bowl is so good.
Overall, Chops is closer to 4.5 stars for me. I've tried some of the crispy chicky burrito, but I didn't enjoy eating it in the form of a burrito. It wasn't as flavorful as the huli huli, so it was kind of gross when I got to the end of the burrito and had a bunch of plain tortilla left to eat. When I had the bulgogi fries, I thought the sauce flavor was strange like maybe it was a sweet katsu sauce? I was expecting a traditional bulgogi flavor and don't tend to like sweeter sauces. Other than the weird sauce flavor, the bulgogi fries were good and had a lot of meat plus crispy fries.

How is Chop Express not a national Chain?!I moved out of WA 5 years ago and this is one of the food places I really miss. I can't get good Pho, Teriyaki, Chowder or a Bulgarrito in my new home town. We have good Korean food but the BiBimBap is better in WA so i really wish they had that at this location. The stuff at the original location by Boeing is pretty solid. The prices have gone up but the portions sizes are the same, which is very important. I'll tolerate reasonable price hikes but if you diminish the size of your offering, I'm out. My Bulgarrito was delicious. I prefer them with Gochujang sauce rather than the Sriracha mayo but they were happy to provide me with some. I bought a Crispy Chicken tio take to my wife and tried it and it was also great. This place is totally solid 10/10 recommend!

Got Crispy Chicken from a co-worker and immediately went back the next day. Got the Crispy Chicken Bowl and Bulgogi fries. This was something that was totally out of my norm but I took a shot and it was amazing! Definitely recommend if you have not tried or on the fence about it!

Portions are great considering the price point. I would say that you could get away with sharing one plate with another individual (might not be fully full but good level). The crispy chicken burrito was pretty good, my one thing about it is I wish the chicken was a bit more crispy to match the texture of katsu that I felt like wasn't there. The sauce was a bit too much and made the burrito feel overly saucy. The bulgogi salad was great, felt like the rice portion in both the salad and the burrito was not a lot and got more of the meat.

Was the best place when it started, today i called they left me on hold for 10 minutes then tried to call back no ring ton, just as every restaurant they start good and then they change when business gets better, i always pay for Extra Sause and most the times they forget to put it on the bag

Great food, as always, but this was my first time at the Lynnwood location. It literally smelled like urine inside the whole restaurant. It was a little embarrassing to even be in there it smelled so bad.
