If I had a complaint, and I realize this is reaching, the burritos are just big enough that if you save some for 4th meal they don't reheat great. Flavors and texture and not nearly as good as when they are fresh. Recommend splitting if you don't want a food comma.

Chops has great food for a reasonable price (nowadays) and good portion size. They don't skimp on the meat. The various options from chicken, beef, pork, and fish are great. The good is prepared really fast. Parking is plenty and seating is sufficient. Service you can order via the website, the two available kiosks indoor, or at the counter with a human. The amount of sauce(s) tends to be a little too much for me and my wife. For the first time, consider ordering light or on the side. Both the burrito and bowl/salad options are great.

I love the food here, but I hate how they hide the cilantro in the middle layer. Definitely watch out if you have the soap gene because there’s absolutely no picking it out of this food if they forget a “no cilantro” request.

This place was a bit of a letdown. Super hyped on social media and rave reviews. Marination has much better execution of fusion bulgogi Mexican. The meat is much better there and the sauces are better too. Nothing was bad, but it wasn’t amazing either. The meat wasn’t great quality. Pretty dry, and very small thin pieces. Seemed like cheap quality and the texture wasn’t great. Tasted like the overdone bits from the leftover on the grill. The bulgogi fries were smothered in a very sweet sauce and the meat was tiny little pieces that had little flavor. Got the pork burrito. It was massive, but didn’t wow me. I probably won’t be back. I’d go to katsu burger instead for a casual fast fusion food. Server was nice but there wasn’t much service. They just hand you the food. Inside was clean.

We had a lunch for 30 people - I ordered ahead of time to pick up. Everything was ready on time (a few minutes early!) and the order was perfect - no mistakes! We love Chops!
Visiting the area and found this gem while taking care of an errand and so glad I did. The portions are generous and the food is delicious. While inputting my order at the self-checkout visible as you first walk in, I turned to a couple of customers waiting for their food and asked for recommendations.
Both gave an enthusiastic thumbs up to the Flaming Boar burrito, so that’s what I ordered. It was huge and served with a few slices of jalapeño on the side, which I didn’t need! It was slightly spicy already, though I noticed you can request less spice when placing your order. I would definitely order this again. Next time I might try the bowl for comparison.
I also ordered the egg roles which were equally delicious and served with a side of sweet chili sauce. I couldn’t finish the whole burrito and two egg roles myself so had plenty for another meal.
I didn’t realize I could’ve placed my order with a person, which would’ve been nice since I had questions about the menu. Because I saw the self-order station as soon as I walked in, I thought ordering there was a requirement. Luckily the informative and friendly customers sitting behind me helped me out! In case you have questions, walk past the self-checkout and there’s a counter to the left where you can place an order and speak with an employee.

When the wraps are good they are AMAZING! I always order the kraken. But the quality is just so hit or miss. Out of the last 10 times I've ordered the same wrap from here, maybe one or two have been truly amazing. The other times the french fries and the fish that are in my wrap are so old, dry and stale tasting. It's so disappointing. If they were consistent, they would be really incredible.

This restaurant has the worst service in the world. They gave us the wrong order even after we had confirmed twice with the name on the order. Then we found the food was not what we ordered after we arrived at home, so we went back to the store and the casier blamed us on taking the wrong order and lied that she said another name. And she refused to give us the full original order and we had to take half of the original order and the food they incorrectly gave us earlier. We will never come back again!!! You should apologize for wasting our time! You should know how to be an honest and responsible person when you make a mistake rather than blaming others first!
