Good place for the kids to be free for a bit. We got there on a Friday afternoon about 4:30 and were only one of a few families there which was nice. The salad bar was fresh. We also got wings and fries which was outrageously expensive for what they were. One of the card machines was not working but it did not charge us.

This place in my opinion is just fine. We went for dinner and some games, stayed about an hour and a half. Super nice younger crew of people working. They welcomed us in with some free candy and got our pizza order in fast. We played games and in no time we were eating dinner. The drinks were good and the ice tea was delicious. Played more games and cashed in our points for for prizes. I liked it and the kids loved it. The place is old amd could use some updates but we had an awesome time!

We celebrated my sons 4th birthday last week and it was nice, the establishment was clean and ready for us. However I did find that when it was time to sing happy birthday to my son the music was so low you could bearly listen. Also the staff was less than enthusiastic about singing. It was not the experience i remember having as a child while celebrating a birthday at chuckie cheese. That was a big bummer for me.

It's um... Stuck in the 90's with underage staff that can't pour the draft beer that they promise... My child had a blast but it's really small and not well maintained. The staff was so sweet and they deserve a 5 star!

The games are fine, as long as you don't order food. The staff are incredibly slow (and not very bright). The manager (she said her name was Jackie, but she did not have a name tag), will lie right to your face and not blink an eye.

Too many games not working still collecting and no signs stating broken. Definitely time for an upgrade. No reason to take points from a card if you can not use them. Staff were nice and attentive. Staff did more then manager like made a sign saying broken. Manager said the game had been giving trouble since morning but at 5pm still no sign. You would definitely think that that would be priority it would save you time and money.

Jason took our order and kitchen staff took longer than expected, when finally received my order notice was made incorrect so when I talk to kitchen explain mistake they were saying I didn't request it like that. Show them receipt to prove them wrong Order was 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni large pizza. They didn't want to work on refund and they trow receipt at me and told to wait for correct order

When I walked in they hit me in the head with a metal baseball bat, apparently that day was baseball bat day but I didn't know. It left a giant looney tunes bump on my forehead for like a week. Also, I got lost in the ball pit. This place sucks, but the pizza I found on the ground was ok. Thank you.

Fun place for the kids!!! And I love the unlimited play cards because you can play games back to back, and even share a card between kiddos you just have to wait a few seconds before it will register the next game. Prices are decent, and delicious food! My kids especially loved the rainbow churros. The staff was all very friendly and kind! The place was very clean too! The prizes are a little cheap, but you can't really complain because the price of the unlimited cards is to great of a deal! All the games worked, I think only one may have been out of order. We definitely will be back!

This place is great! It has a HUGE rat problem and I wouldn't want it any other way! It's super cool to see it mostly unchanged from the early 90s. Animatronics are in great shape compared to most CECs around the country. This location was once a Showbiz pizza place and it still has the "three stage" which was home to the Rockafire Explosion animatronics made by Creative Engineering in the early 80's. From what I can tell, two of these original "skeletons" are still in use at this location today. The staff is always extremely welcoming to anyone just stopping topping in to see a show or take a walk through memory lane. They have a stellar salad bar that always seems to have very fresh offerings. The pizza is and always has been expensive but that comes with the territory. I always enjoy it.I just wish the game machines would take tokens like they used to. I'd be spending more money in there, more often if I didn't have to commit $20 to get a preloaded card just to play skee ball. Oh how I wish they had the original 80s arcade still in there.Chuck e cheese is now more than ever for very little kids, with not much being offered to the adults like they used to back in the day. They have needed to change with the times to stick around and make memories with the generations of kids to come.

It seems like there isn't a lot of energy put into fixing toys that are down or out of order. We were here a month ago and kids 2 fav things were out of order. The pic machine has said out of paper now for a month and the Jett rider toy screen is cracked or broken. It's not cheap to come here with multiple kids. The fact that it's winter and nowhere really to take small kids, if yall put in any effort at all to make it better I feel like you would be more profitable. I know i would spend more if I knew things worked. Obviously not the employees fault, it's the owners. Responding to owner, unfortunately I will not be further reaching out to a team as this was the reach out. Im not the owner, but was trying to help you do your job to fix the issues. I appreciate your company and am thankful to have somewhere indoors to take my kids but the broken toys were in reviews atleast a cpl months back so it was known. There's atleast 6 things out-of order today and in such a small location that's a lot to not have working for $30 min a kid to enter and play. There is nowhere else around here at all where it would cost min. $200+ to come in and play with family and I would love to spend my money here if you made it worth it. Thanks for reaching out so fast and good luck!

The experience would be great if the service wasn't so poor. The place was dead - maybe 4 familes. We were told 15 minutes before our food was ready - pizza and wings. 55min later, based on the time left on our cards, and we got the food, but the wings were cold. I politely asked if they would fix the order and I was told they would reheat them. I asked if I could get some fresh wings instead and was given attitude. Every time I went to the counter no one was manning the register, but I could see a handful of employees in the kitchen on their phones. every so often they would look up at me then go right back to their phones.Hire new management and this place will be a hit!

We had a birthday party there. Well the party hosts were quite awesome, Eden and Truth. Beyond that, this was a terrible experience. The games were extremely limited compared to other locations we have been to, and to add on to that half of them were broken. Let's continue. The staff constantly felt like they needed to rush us out despite the fact that we still had time on our 2-hour party. Eden and truth, consistent with their performance, came to help us, and even offered to refund any unused cards. Now, the fine print of booking the party said that they would refund up to two unused cards if there were no shows. So we used the rest of our cards, knowing we could not get a refund. We gave them the card that we did not use. They then told us that their manager said we could not refund the card. We accepted this, but they did not give us back the card. We had to talk to a manager to get the card back. So now we had another two hours to play their four functional games. The pizza was far inferior to every other location we've been to, missing all of the garlicky seasoning that is normally on the Chuck e cheese pizza. Generally this experience was far beyond terrible compared to every other Chuck e cheese we've ever been to. To the point that our daughter has requested we never returned to Chuck e cheese for her birthday again.

Went to a birthday party here and more than half of the games don't even work. Soda fountain was out of the syrup flavors, no employees around to let them know to fix it. My kid wanted their birthday party here too, but it would just be a waste of money.
