Cinnabon never disappoints. The smell of the freshly baked cinnamon rolls always pulls me in. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the customer service is genuinely great. We’re always greeted with a smile. friendly, quick, and welcoming. My favorite thing to get is the minibons with extra frosting 😋

I’m literally in labor and sent my husband all the way here from lake stevens to get my kids cinnamon rolls for Christmas morning. The case was full of rolls and they wouldn’t sell him ONE?!!!!! But they would sell a little cup that won’t feed anyone. Then when he was checking out and it wouldn’t allow him not to tip for the horrible service. I’m pissed he gave any money to this establishment. I will never return and be sure to tell everyone I know what a shitty location this is. Way to make Christmas special! NOT. Hopefully this location goes out of business.

This location uses a deceptive tipping screen: even if you select 0%, you are still charged 10%. A handwritten “0%” label was placed over the 10% option, and when I pointed it out, they removed the label. This was misleading, and I’m reporting it to Cinnabon customer service.

Flash forward today and I went and then changed my mind as the product has fell to shrinkage disorder shrinkflation Wht it’s called…10 bucks for a classic roll…no thanks I’ll go to a real house and get a roll now….goodbye Cinnabon 🫵🏻✌🏻💤

They were about to close which makes sense why the cinnamon rolls weren't the greatest, but what got me was the girl that flipped our mini 4-pack upside down in the box. I totally get wanting to go home, but was quite poor customer service.

for the first time in my life, i can say the cinnamon roll was mid 😔 i got it on christmas eve though and it was extremely busy, so maybe that's why the quality was lacking

The Cinnabon at Alderwood Mall is well worth ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their friendly smiles and upbeat energy. The service was impeccable—everyone was so kind and accommodating, it truly made the experience special.
And the cinnamon rolls? Unbelievable! They were fresh hot out of the oven and perfectly ooey-gooey, just the way they should be. The balance of warm, fluffy dough and rich, melted icing was pure perfection. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I’m at the mall. Highly recommend stopping by for a sweet treat and stellar service!
