They were about to close which makes sense why the cinnamon rolls weren't the greatest, but what got me was the girl that flipped our mini 4-pack upside down in the box. I totally get wanting to go home, but was quite poor customer service.

The Cinnabon at Alderwood Mall is well worth ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their friendly smiles and upbeat energy. The service was impeccable—everyone was so kind and accommodating, it truly made the experience special.

And the cinnamon rolls? Unbelievable! They were fresh hot out of the oven and perfectly ooey-gooey, just the way they should be. The balance of warm, fluffy dough...

Always the best cinnamon rolls around. Sweet and sticky. Super gooye and yummy. Always warm and never dry or hard. Fresh rolls everytime I go. They even sell bottles milk which goes so well with the cinnamon rolls. The staff is friendly and helpful.
