This place was my favorite for a long time but the past few months they have hired staff that is not experienced AT ALL.. THE girl today it took me 25 minutes to get my drink and it is clear she forgot the actual lotus cuz my drink tastes like cream, flavoring syrup and soda water.. by far the worst experience to date.. almost 9.00 thrown In the trash.. I was behind 1 other car and it took get hef 25 minutes to get me my incorrectly made drink and I got charged almost 9.00 for cream.. soda water and syrup.. I’ve been drinking lotus Italian sodas for a good 10 years now and know it’s flavor.. SHE definately did not put it in. I’m late for work now and not about to go back and wait another 25 minutes for a correctly made drink.. guess I’ll just have to get a reD bull at work. This is the second clearly NOT experienced barista they have hired in like 3 months.. I complained to management about the first one.. they did nothing.. she eventually got a little better but now this new one made me a lotus Italian soda and forgot the lotus.. ALL AFTER WAITING 25 minutes in line as the second person in line..

Pros: Good coffee and energy drinks. The location is convenient, it's one of the only coffee stands on my way to work. Cons: Slow service, no prices on the menu, and confusing line directions (if you're not first in line, you're blocking traffic somehow). My order is not always correct either.

stingy with the redbull sodas, will give you 90% ice %10 redbull. Baristas are friendly tho
I don't know what is wrong with the ownership. My favorite people have either quit due to the stress of the stand or were run off because they didn't fit. Or worst of all fired for no reason. Totally ridiculous. I have been along time loyal customer, even before the current owners bought the stand. I will not be going back. Loyalty matters.

I wouldn’t recommend this place due to the management. The management has fallen short of being good. They have fired employees with no notice even when they have great reviews and are one of the best there. Definitely finding a new spot to get coffee. I can’t give a company my money when they don’t care about their employees.
