I've made multiple online delivery orders from this place, and 99% of the time my ice cream is made wrong. It's like they can't read right. I won't be going or ordering from here again.

Went and got the cotton candy with brownie, it was great, also customer service went above and beyond! Great overall experience and environment!

The staff was just so friendly and so patient while letting the little ones order their ice-cream. Got the butterfingers in a waffle cone bowl, chocolate ice-cream, and rainbow with sprinkles.

We ordered a cake for my granddaughters birthday, and the lady behind the counter was super helpful.

Ordered a strawberry passion cake for my daughters birthday party on the 18th, (3days ago), I picked it up and we ate it that same day, and every single kid and adult who ate that cake has had food poisoning ever since nonstop, everyone vomiting heavily with diarrhea at the same time, and haven’t been able to keep anything down for 3 days straight!! It’s exceptionally terrible because some of these people flew in from out of state to attend my kids birthday, and missed their flights+ lost their money due to that ice cream cake poisoning them!!! Completely ruined my daughters birthday week.

So I really wanted cookies when my buddies and I were on a bachelor party trip and they wanted ice cream, so I found out this place has cookie dough so while they got ice cream, I got insanely delicious cookie dough that only cost me $3.28 for THREE CHUNKS OF COOKIE DOUGH (see picture below, I ate one before I could even get my camera out). WHAT A STEAL. Anyways, the wedding was fun but the cookie dough will never be forgotten. 5/5.

I’m celiac and sometimes it’s so hard to want to follow all the rules. I just want to enjoy a treat. Tonight I came in, and just asked if it was possible to just scoop into the bowl and not mix and just risk exposure on the toppings. Sienna informed me of the allergy protocol. They made me a sweet cream with berries, and even opened a new bag for each berry to ensure I could enjoy my snack without any fear of problems. Sienna, Bria and Kenzie- thank you for helping me enjoy my night and safely enjoy a treat. I hope y’all know what it means to have a chance to just eat like everyone else. Thank you again
