Terrible customer service, I went one time at 8:45 pm and they wouldn't help because they close at 9:00, the second time the kid was on his personal cell, told me with his finger to wait, took his sweet time I finally walked away. This location needs to stop hiring little kids who don't know anything about customer service.

Ordered a Butterfinger with added caramel blizzard. Waited for two orders that were after me and when finally received the blizzard they didnt add any caramel. Icecream was like ice in chunks. Horrible place.

Those children/cashiers are never behind the counter. Customers just wait in line, give up and leave....

I really like the taste of their Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard® it's really recommend as a (fun treat)
Horrible customer service, and rarely anyone positioned FRIENDLY at their post. My "royal" blizzard also just had less than a scoop of cold fudge in the middle and the oreos tasted expired. I don't plan on going back, and don't recommend it either.
