Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I love this DQ! The location is only about 2 miles from me and I visit often. Staff are so friendly and quick! Even during busy times with many people in line at the Drive Thru, I’m able to order and pick up in a very reasonable time! Typically my whole visit time is less than 5 min! I’ve yet to have had my order be incorrect or poorly made! The few times I actually went into the store to pick up those delicious DQ ice cream cakes, the lobby was very clean and orderly! Definitely my favorite DQ with my favorite staff! Keep up the great work and thank you for the fantastic service that keeps my family coming back over and over again! See you soon!

We got ice cream. We waited almost an hour to get it. It was loud, there were kids playing tag inside and they were running around. Next time I go i will just use drive through in hopes it faster.

Terrible Customer Service, Placed an Order through ubereats and called to ask if I could make a change that I couldn't make on UberEats, was told were busy and was hung up on by the person on the phone

Terrible customer service!! I'm disappointed in Dairy Queen, never going back to that DQ ever again

Went in and requested for cheeseburgers amongst a variety of other food items and only received two. Although they didn't charge me for them I thought the price they had given me was really high for what I had ordered. When I found out they didn't get everything on there, they only offered to charge us more. Very disappointing. But they were very friendly you want to wear the hat pop

Walked in with my team and ordered 20 cones, they took care of it without even batting an eye. The second people started leaving the staff was keeping the place spotless.
