New menu items are great! Food came pretty quick. Took an extra few minutes to get our table but overall was excellent. Staff was great.

The food took forever; part of the order not coming out until after we had finished eating. The server was very kind but it was so crowded that everything including drinks took forever- difficult to sit there for too long with children present.

I ordered the ribeye steak and it was the worst cut of meat I ever had! It was grizzley and the fat was even to tough to eat. The drinks seemed real light on the pour as well. I am the kind of person who boast when it is amazing. I try not to be a negative person but it was not very good at all! They did take the steak off the bill to make it right but I was really looking forward to a great steak dinner!

We enjoyed our time overall. I did book a week in advance to make sure we had a table and needed a shorter table or booth due to having a disabled person in our group who cant still in the tall chairs. I even confirmed this prior to our time and was told this is not an issue. Unfortunately when we got there we got a tall table and was told they cant accommodate for our needs. That it was only upon availability (we booked a week earlier). We ended up staying at the tall as that was all we could do. Not very pleased with the way they handled the situation this shouldn't have been overlooked since it was planned before and confirmed that we would have what we needed. Funny that it is showing me giving this a 4 stars when I would say a 3 at best.

Great food and service, fun time! The only complaint is no water served and we were thirsty, our server disappeared, I had to stopped someone walking by for help. She was friendly and helpful otherwise.

Lots of fun games and extremely helpful staff. The toys and prizes cycle fairly frequently which is nice, and the duck claw machine is always a hit for my family. If you have any noise sensitivity I recommend headphones as this place tends to be on the louder side of arcades!
Definitely recommend going if you have the time~

The Crispy Chicken Sandwich was really not good, drench in oil and the sauce was off putting:( all the food was not hot, lukewarm... Our server was nice but he left all our finished plates on the table, no bus boy/girl... the cheese cake was good even with my gross chicken sandwich still looking at me... Sad!

2 issues: 1. Other than one time, I have never have gotten a table in the section where you can watch the big screen. I reserve a table few days ahead every time, I request a good table or boot, and I've been going here with my family every couple of weeks for over a year to watch fights and other sport events. So it's not once or twice. The one time we got a good boot in front of screen was the only time I had no reservation and they snuck us in. When I come with reservation, even though there are empty tables in the middle they take us to a corner near kitchen and then I watch them fill the good tables minutes later. 2. I've been looking for our waiter more than half the duration of the time I've been there this last couple of times, including today. I mean it's as if she leaves the restaurant and cannot be seen anywhere around this place more than once every hour or so.

Im pretty sure I found a piece of a napkin in my busters bacon smash burger.Over all it's a really fun place
I swear to God this is a true story, my family and I got seated and waited over an hour for our food. They ended up bringing out my wife's food and my kids food and they claimed that they were busy in the kitchen and could not bring my plate out at the same time. By the time I got my meal, my family was already done eating. I just said that I don't really want to eat by myself and the general manager Anthony would not even come talk to me. He sent a server to apologize on his behalf. What a joke. Then we had to wait another half an hour for them to bring us our bill. For shame Anthony.

*NOT BREASTFEEDING FRIENDLY* When I first arrived I was needing to feed my newborn daughter and just needed somewhere to sit to do so. While there is a family restroom, there isn’t a chair in there for me to sit and feed her. My husband and I walked over to the restaurant area and I told the Host I was just needing to feed her and we were escorted to a table. My husband went to catch up with his friends since I would be awhile. Side note, my daughter was born early so she’s a sleepy girl and tends to fall asleep during feeds so it takes a bit since I have to nudge her to keep her eating. I wasn’t ordering any food I simply just needed a place to sit. Which I told the servers after they came over (which was a long time frankly) and they weren’t very friendly. Anyways the main point of me leaving this review is because I over heard a server say “She’s got two more minutes” referring to me since I’d been there for a bit”. I really didn’t understand what the issue was because there were plenty of empty tables it wasn’t like I was holding anyone up from being seated. Well, I felt unwelcome so I ended her feed early, got up and left to find my husband. Im just a tired first time mom who needed to feed my child and instead of being met with understanding and compassion I received the complete opposite.
