I have not eaten the food here, but this rating is primarily about my experience with picking up DoorDash and Uber eats orders from this location. The server staff are all very kind of people and I have had nothing but positive experiences with them every time. I would say that they provide exceptional service and the food is almost always readily available for me to retrieve, and they have quick turnaround times. The atmosphere at this location is quite nice overall, clean restaurant, decent bathrooms, overall good

they screwed up my order and then tried to make it my fault but my receipt and how i placed the order was correct the manager doesn’t take accountability i had to report him to his store owner! they’re unprofessional and dirty they have roaches in the kitchen imagine actually seeing a roach climb up the wall in the kitchen of a damn dennys don’t order from here they do not care about your food

Dennis is always your typical American food. The food is good but be prepared for a possible long wait. When I was here with my family, there were a lot of Uber eats, etc. to go orders that seemed to have a higher priority.

We got a table right away, but over 40 minutes to get our food ,already cold ,I ordered stack of pancakes 🥞 and coffee ☕️ Pancakes ok,coffee super bad . They give us the check right after we start eating😵💫😡🙄

Horrible service. Went last night and waited 30 mins before being able to order. Female Server just didn’t want to be good at what she was doing. After everything I just wanted to pay and left half the food on the table, but realized “kids eat free” is a scam they charged me for my 7 year old daighters kids meal and I wasn’t going to learn Spanish just to save 7 bucks. Still left a 25 percent tip but it’s amongst my biggest regrets

Denny's Restaurant in Lynnwood, WA is a great place to eat. I eat there several times a week.
Mr. Phillip is a terrific manager and the staff, Melba and Rose and Federico and Segundo and Oscar do a great job.
The food is always very good. And the new remodel is fantastic.

It was a very welcoming atmosphere by the staff. I'm leaving a 3 star for the fact that shortly after eating, both me and my partner felt nauseous and felt like throwing up. Not sure if the food was cooked improperly or if it's something else on their end. I also had to use the bathroom and a male cleaner knew I was in there and still came in to clean while a woman was using the bathroom. I asked if he is allowed to clean while someone's using it and he said no I don't think so, I'll leave now. It all felt a little weird.

Waited extra because I requested well-done/crispy bacon on my to-go order just to come home and find almost all the bacon under done and nearly raw. I could’ve ordered something different or even waited longer if they couldn’t/wouldn’t honor the request. Came in and ordered in person because of this because there’s nowhere on the online menu to request well done. Just don’t accept well-done orders then! In addition to the underdone bacon, the service was poor. No one would acknowledge me and staff were taking orders of people who came after me before I finally addressed the staff to order. I continued being ignored my whole experience, the server dropped my order to me and ran off without acknowledging me. I didn’t get the sauce packets I asked for and approached the register just to be stared at and ignored by more staff who were not busy. Customer service goes a long way and this is coming from someone who has also served and worked in the restaurant industry. Do better.
Thankful that it was open on Christmas day. The manager/host was kind of rude while sitting us. The dinning room was not too busy but the kitchen was very busy with take out orders so it took a long time for us to get our food even though we didn't order anything complicated. Our server was nice but busy in two different parts of the restaurant. He didn't let us know about how busy the kitchen was or why they were taking too long, we overheard the other server say it to the other tables. He also didn't check back on our table. Spent about an hour and a half in the restaurant mostly waiting on the food.

I went here with my son to eat on christmas, not busy. The waitress was nice but she did not tell me the mac n cheese was extra on the chicken strips meal which came with 2 sides and still charged me extra for the seasoned fries. I have experience in waitress and i always let my customers know what is extra. That is a scam and I should not tipped her at all. The chicken was almost burned and salty. My bill came at $40 and I am thinking of getting my tip back. One cook for the whole shift is crazy!!! Please do better! Iam not ever coming back, and i will be going all the way to shoreline even if it is a drive.
