This place is hobbled by its dependence on syrups to sweeten tea. I don't like a lot of sugar in my tea, but for a lot of their offerings, less sugar means less flavor. Their menu is generally sort of Byzantine, a lot of the things you might think to order are simply not options.
No complaints about on-menu drinks or atmosphere, but that's a lot less important than being able to order the drink you want.

Not my favorite, unfortunately, I wanted to like this spot, but the actual taste and tea I received was just too sweet and a little bit chemical-artificial flavored.
I appreciate the selection of flavors they did have, and the diversity on the menu. But I would say if you’re going to try here, definitely don’t get full sweetness, you can probably handle something half sweet and be just as happy.
