Im only giving a 1 star as my order has always been made in correctly. My husband & I will have to stop going to this location. Everytime I had ordered my pizza, my order has been made in correctly.

The quality has taken a nosedive recently. I’ve ordered several pizzas in the past few weeks and they actually made me feel ill. The standard crust is like a thin crust now and tastes weird - not sure if they not proofing the dough correctly or if the recipe changed. I have always loved Dominos for having great crust. No more. The service has been poor. I ordered light cheese with one order because I just wanted a thinner layer than the thick cheese on most pizzas - there was almost zero cheese, making the pizza almost inedible. I paid $2 for extra cheese on one pizza today and there was actually less cheese than on a second standard pizza we ordered (and both were skimpy on cheese).
Based on this, I plan to find a new pizza place moving forward. So disappointing. They are super fast; I’ll give you that, but they were fast when they used to make good pizza here, too. Grieving what used to be my favorite pizza place.

Domino's wings are small, undercooked, and rubbery . , Also the jalapeños bacon cheese bread , raw pizza crust, and low-quality sides...... Amount is not worthy of price.

I ordered my pizza for delivery and an hour later still nothing then I call and all they say is we'll remake your order and be there shortly now I'm going to have to wait another 30 minutes Now I remember why I don't order from here their delivery sucks

Order process was great (online). Service terrible… Driver called me, as I was waiting for a text as the order stated after I finished placing the order. After driver called they cancelled the order. I called asking why did they cancel my order. The person on the phone stated, they were busy. The driver knocked on the door and no answer. I told him it is a business, with open doors and Large windows. After that the person stated they don’t go pass 196th. I asked the person on the phone if they wanted to water products and time. The person in the phone hung up the phone.
I usually prefer Domino’s Pizza in the area for a quick snack, but I’ve noticed a decline in quality over the past few orders. They’ve started skimping on ingredients, especially cheese, which has been significantly reduced. This time, I paid extra for additional cheese, but the pizza only had what used to be the regular amount. While the pizza itself tasted great, the customer service left a lot to be desired.
When I went to pick up my order (after paying online), the employee made me sign on the spot and even checked to see if I tipped. Despite this, he didn’t greet me or thank me when I picked up my order. Strangely, I noticed he was overly friendly to a male customer picking up pizzas at the same time. He just a few coins, probably a quarter or so, since he paid with cash. So I could assume he was maybe a racist or sexist because I’m a different race/sex from that customer. The inconsistency in service and quality is disappointing.

I was so disappointed today!! Okay, so here's the story. I order this same order from this location all the time and while sometimes something mat hot be perfect; tonight, my entire order and experience as a whole was garbage! The portioning for the pasta and tots was almost comical. The pizza in the order was overcooked in some places and under in others and forget about the extra sauce that was requested. The pasta was very overcooked but it did have a good flavor in the bite I did try before tossing it with the rest of my order. Finally, the experience at the store. I requested curbside today and put my flashers on as requested. But, when I received the note my order was ready I patiently waited...and waited.. and waited.... until I couldn't stand it any longer as I was already too tired from work and traffic to sit and continue to wait for something clearly not coming out. So, I go in and see 5 workers and my order just hanging out there waiting like me. .. getting cold. So overall not a good experience and one of the worst food orders I've had in years!! All wasted money... now in the garbage.

The people working here were very nice & proper. However they put barely any toppings on my pizza. I ordered extra cheese and topping and the pizza looked bare. Also, they put hardly any sauce. Shrinkflation is real ladies and gentlemen….
