Dough Zone Dumpling House Lynnwood

I ordered a big mouth bun. With my other foods. But ONE bun took them 40 minutes!!! In the beginning I thought they were making the dough on the spot but after 20 ish minutes I asked and they said they didn’t place the order. So after placing the order I waited another 20 minutes with no news of it coming so when I asked they said that they thought someone already brought it to us. Not only are their servings VERY small and their price being super expensive, now this…?

Another thing is 10 minutes into our meal my family of 3 ran out of water, NO ONE came to ask it we wanted more water. And when we were done eating we waited 10 minutes with no one coming over to get our check. When the table besides us had their check when they weren’t even finishing their meal.

I don’t know if this is just the Lynwood store. But I had better experience with the woodinville store. Today was just depressing

Similar experience to other guest. Food was good and priced well. The staff was nice enough but just lacked great customer service. One item was missing from our order and we let someone know (this was halfway through our meal as they bring stuff out in shifts), they must of not done anything about it as we had to catch someone else’s attention. At this point we were finished with everything else along with our beers. There was no apology, the staff couldn’t care less. It took another 10 plus minutes to get the dumplings, so I’m quite positive they just put in another order and didn’t say anything to get our order out asap.

Service was great, but long wait for food. Appreciate the freshness but lots of employees just standing around talking. Food is good an fresh though and employees are nice

Who could've asked for a better local dumpling house that serves delicious food as well as beer and sake?! Great service, delicious food, and an excellent atmosphere. I will definitely go again!

Just tried this place for the first time, service is horrible, food is bland. The beef noodle soup was just some flavored water and chewy noodles, beef was tough, the pancake was so thin, can’t even be called a crepe, we were 6 people in our table and no one liked their food. The servers bringing the food only mumble what they are bringing and were so rude when we asked what dish they put on the table. No one is coming back to this place.

I have never had this bad of service. The text message after we got on the wait list gave us no indication on how long the wait was there wasn’t a host at the stand just a QR code for the wait and I understand being busy. On to my next issue the wait between food coming out there was no communication on when food was going to come out. Before We had even gotten our last meal and one the the food runers was acting like they were trying to rush us out when we were still waiting on two order of food after sitting there for 45 minutes. That is rude and should never happen it would be different if it was our server trying to end her shift. We didn’t get any updates until the last item we were waiting on. I don’t normally write reviews but when it is service like this I have to. I have worked in the industry for 5 years so I know how hard it gets.

The food quality for the price is unmatched. I tried various dishes from the menu and every last one has been great. The spot is nice and quiet and great for a first date. The staff wasn't too warm but they done there job. Their was one guy they had the first time I went here and you can tell he's work in hospitality before if the others follow his lead then this place will be in great hands. You have two options on how to order where one of the options how you submit your order by filling the form out and providing it to the host. Be sure to review that form because the form has more items than the big menu and the prices are listed for every item unlike the bigger colorful menu. Overall this spot is a great place to take family and friends without breaking the break. I'll will be back taking with me more family members.

Ordered fried banana, the only dessert they have, but hardly any banana in it. I liked it, but please put banana.

We came in and the place was busy. There are kinda 2 areas, tables in the front and tables in the back. They forced everyone to sit in the front. We asked if we could sit in the back tables so that it'd be less noisy but they didn't let us. So we sat between 3 tables of screaming kids. The food didn't seem as spicy as some other branches too.
