Similar experience to other guest. Food was good and priced well. The staff was nice enough but just lacked great customer service. One item was missing from our order and we let someone know (this was halfway through our meal as they bring stuff out in shifts), they must of not done anything about it as we had to catch someone else’s attention. Who could've asked for a better local dumpling house that serves delicious food as well as beer and sake?! Great service, delicious food, and an excellent atmosphere. I will definitely go again!
I have never had this bad of service. The text message after we got on the wait list gave us no indication on how long the wait was there wasn’t a host at the stand just a QR code for the wait and I understand being busy. On to my next issue the wait between food coming out there was no communication on when food was going to come out. Before We had even gotten our last meal and one the the food runers was acting like they were trying to rush us out when we were still waiting...
