If you're trying to pick up an online order here then don't be subtle by doing the courteous thing of walking up to the pickup window waiting for someone to acknowledge you because they will absolutely go out of their way to ignore you.
You're going to have to call them out and be that person while everybody else is waiting on their order.
Because if you don't they will go out of their way to make you wait.
Also you may want to check your orders if you paid for extra in anything you buy because they tend to not add the extras that you pay for, especially online orders.
I'm not sure if it's just all new stuff because this place used to have great customer service.
Very nice and kind staff. But just like Jamba they are now artificial and way too sweet!!! Ugh

Quick, motivated staff that put together great smoothies and protein shakes! I had the 24oz banana peanut butter protein shake, it was so good it makes me wish I had an Emerald City Smoothie where I live!

Ordered açaí bowl and half the ingredients were not present. I only realized it after I started eating after going home. Terrible experience. They should have told me if the ingredients were not available rather than silently skipping to add them. Never going back to this store

Great service with friendly staff, but awful product - the smoothies are high in calories and sugar with little nutritional value. Not very tasty either; you would think 45g of sugar would cover up the weird flavor, but it persists. Walk over to Jamba Juice instead.
