Five Guys

Food is always good but I swear I could give them 25 minutes at opening with no customers in there and my pickup order still isn't ready. I keep giving more time, (8, 12, 15 min) and every single time I show up, it's never ready. Ever. Even if the place is empty. Is it standard 5 guys procedure to wait until someone shows up to start their fries and make them wait almost 10 minutes? Seems like it. Makes planning difficult.

GUYS! This is a game changer! So like most people trying to be healthier I started a journey but also like most people, who doesn't crave a burger? And that comes with all kinds of guilt, I failed, I ruined my healthy eating, this is too hard. Five guys has burger BOWLS....no bun, literally half the calories of a small burger is in the bun, now I can load up on lettuce, choose a few extra toppings and its become all the burger I crave in a salad! I can't stop talking about this, I tell everyone now. Best idea guys, way to go!

The food is good by way, overpriced. I paid fifty bucks to 2 burgers.It was a drink and some fries. Way way overprised, but I guess the burgers are humongous. Which is unnecessary?Because you end up throwing it away

Start giving delivery drivers fries since you prioritize in store customers first, and delivery drivers wait 10 min. Most of your customers live 5 to 10 miles away. Drivers always lose their hourly minimum wage pay picking up from 5 guys. The smell of your food doesn't go away for hours. Worst store to pick up, wait, and deliver. Change things offer drivers 50% off.

Always great service

Huge shout out to the crew working tonight for making my family's night out with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that AJ provided as soon as I came in , even when it came to me being confused with the bathroom code Jennifer was really helpful and Marlon Juan and Jorge for the fresh fries and great lettuce wraps :)

We ordered for pick up. We didn't wait long when we got there. The staff was great, loved the fact that they waited to cook our fries until we got there so they were hot. When we got home we all enjoyed the food, it was really great. 5 Guys is a bit pricey but if it's that good everytime it's worth it. Nice job, hope our next visit is just a great!
