We have been going to this stand for many years after it was orginally "Cool Beans", unfortunately we had to choose another stand a few years back do to horribly made coffees. Decided last week to return and service plus coffee was great. So, 9-22-2024, 9:15am we purchased 3-24oz coffees the barista helping us was very rude from the moment we drove up to the window. When she accidentally messed up one of the coffees 20oz that was supposed to be a 24oz we corrected her and she was clearly upset and made a rude comment, "I'll just add milk", which made the coffee bland and cold.
Unfortunately we won't be returning and will just continue with the better Gourmet down the road, but hope the management or owner will have a discussion with this employee about their customer service skills.

I live in FL. I would do anything for one of these huts to open up near me where I reside. Every time I come to the Edmonds area a few times a year, I so look forward to the drive up. In FL we have nothing even close to a place like this. What a concept! Wish I thought of it.
