Kid-friendliness: It's a simple store front, no seating just an ordering / pickup counter and a cash register. Kids usually don't do well waiting in line but then some do.

Parking: It was Thursday and the lot was an ice rink. Must be careful as some spots are on inclines.

While we enjoyed the hams, the "fully cooked whole turkeys" were less than appealing. We ordered 2 half hams, 2 whole "fully cooked" turkeys. We warmed up from 9:15am-12:45pm at 350 degrees. Our turkeys were still bloody by the bone as we sliced it. The manager, Hitect, told me we should have had a thermometer to test it as well as bring in the bloody carcass and meat! I tried to compromise with him but he was very rude! I said just comp us for 1 turkey and he basically said it was our fault for not having a thermometer to check it.... for a "fully cooked turkey????" I was going to use them for our Christmas dinner as well, however, Hitect, had lost my business. Our bill was $368.19. He couldn't meet us half way? That's not how you do business!
