Too expensive. (2) burgers and (2) drinks. Stingy on lettuce and tomato on burgers. One piece of lettuce and (2) gulf ball size tomato slices on double burger. We’re not going back after going there for years. They finally turned on the furnace though, so it was warm instead of freezing inside.

Terrible hospitality. Picked up food from the drive though, de used to run in and use the restroom. The door was locked, so I approached the counter and asked”is there a restroom key?” Cashier responded with, “are you ready to place an order?” I explained myself. And was asked for a receipt in exchange for the bathroom key. I didn’t have time to prove my $4 purchase, so I left and will never return.

This place says they’re open 24 hrs. Thats not true. A few times ive gone there and they were closed. Service is super slow in the late night.

Usually a line during night hours. Food is just alright. I like the curly fries. One of the only 24/7 stops in the area outside subway.
I completely agree, sometimes you really just need some jack in the box.

This is the worst Jack in the box anywhere in the western US! The employees and management don’t know their jobs rely solely upon their customers. They mess up your order and it’s your fault and they seem bothered they have to fix anything. They would rather give you bad food and bad customer service than to serve you at all. Try it once and you will see a mistake in your order or you will get sick from the poor food handling. Do not, I repeat, do not go here if you want to stay healthy!! Anyone that has a good review either works there or is a family member of someone who works there, guaranteed!

I am really disappointed with the service I received. The gentleman at the window was very hostile towards me and went on to shut the window in my face when I tried to tell him that I had the wrong order.

Pretty grumpy guy at the window and the food was overpriced for what I got. I did think the drink was bigger than I was expecting but the sandwich was much smaller and not much to it. Most of the Jack in the boxes I go to the people are very nice but for some reason this guy was not friendly
