Literally drove through the drive-thru at this location and all you can smell is death or rotting garbage and it was like the whole parking lot and it was just horrific I couldn't tell if it's coming out of the store I would not eat here I literally just drove out like gagging because the smell of death was everywhere

Routinely messes up our orders. I'm usually a lot more tolerant, but this time hit different because I'm dealing with a bunch of life things all at once.
I ordered 2 double jack meals for me and my dad, one with no tomato (mine) for a total of $31.61. When we got home, not only did neither burger have cheese, but mine only had one patty. I can't even blame it on them being busy because we were the only ones there.
I still ate it because I was hungry and dad didn't want to drive back up to complain, but if I'm spending $15+ on a fast food meal I expect it to at least be made right. I shouldn't have to unwrap my burger in the drive thru to make sure it was made right.
Edit: so I ordered mozzarella sticks and half of them were without cheese???
i get that it’s fast food and my expectations shouldn’t be high; but every time, literally every single time i order from here, they never get my order correct. it’s been things as small as forgetting a single lava cake to them forgetting FIVE drinks, all five.
oh, i made a modification to my food? that’s not being followed. i wanted to substitute something in a meal? i’m paying for the upcharge and getting the item it originally comes with.
oh, well, remi, why don’t you just not go here? because it’s the only place open late enough from when i get off work and i don't want to cook myself dinner after a long and dreadful shift, and if i’m working myself to death, all i want is what i pay for
There were no customers in line, either inside or at the drive-thru. The cashier on March 12th at 10:25 p.m. told me she couldn't make tacos because she didn't have any. Then she told me they didn't have time. They should improve their customer service! Girl, they're paying you to sell. If you work like this, they will go bankrupt 🤣
Kinda regular to this Jack in the Box. But today at 11:48pm on Thursday night and decided to get something to eat from this Jack in the Box, we’re greeted with the “the restaurant is closed” to which I responded, how about the drive through? She said, that’s also closed because we closed the register?
Match your hours of operation to your actual service time. That will help people not wasting time for 10-15 minutes going nowhere.

The jack in the box was no where near my place.
Only got to switch out my sandwiches but they didn't refund me.
