The lady that was working this Monday 4/7 at 1040 was rude, we had told her we wanted 2 famous fav boxes and she didn’t say anything then proceeded to say okay what else so we told her. Once we got to the cashier window we payed and waited and then she gave us are fries and 1 box when we asked for 2. She then stood there stared at us and said no we didn’t and if we wanted another box we would have to go to the back of the line and reorder again if we wanted the other box because she had a line of customers as if she wasn’t the one who messed up the order in the first place.

Went in at 2a.m. and they messed up a plane cheeseburger and I brought it back and specified its plane 2 times and they still got it wrong. 1 plane burger 1 fry... their supposed to be professionals. Shamefull!

This place is just gross there are people by the ordering menu using drugs and big rats that follow the employees are rude and they always mess up my order and don't want to replace or refund

Ultimate breakfast sandwich, been my go to for years. This was the worst one I've ever had! Bun was the smallest one available, because I don't think they make them any smaller. Dry, no bacon and one small little piece of meat and severely over cooked eggs. Had a similar experience with a $16.00 smash burger the other day, thinking I'm just about all done with JACK.

Bathroom are extremely filthy and dinning room dirty
I order online quite often but I will no longer be using this location anymore due to them messing up my order too many times. A forgotten milkshake is fine every once in a while but to forget the milkshake, to give me potato wedges instead of chicken nuggets, really stale curly fries and a burger with mustard when I ask for it without? My roommates and I are severely disappointed.

Apparently they have a program where they hire SPECIAL people who can't read or follow the most basic and simple of instructions. Cant pick up their phone either. Edit: since you guys don't wanna pick up I am actively speaking to corporate. Cheers!
