the smoothie they gave me tasted like kombucha so probably the juice they used was expired and fermented lol.

The smoothies are always good. The service could be better but based off their hiring sign little guy that's always here is almost burnt out.......not sure I'd work for a company that can't take better care of their employees. It's sad but I'll just come here on the not busy days.

I know they can't help it when they're busy, but you'll be waiting 20+ minutes for your smoothie even when you order in advance. The smoothies are either 3/4 full or poorly blended.

This Jamba juice is an Okay one. They don't always get orders right and the pretzels are stale, even if they're heated up.

It’s fast, honest, and knowledgeable assuming no line or a short line. I’ve been there 3 or more times and it wasn’t too difficult. The crew seems to know what to do.

Bad customer service. The employees look at you then ignore you when I tried to order

You need to change your hours. They actually close at 7:00.

We bought a bowl from here for 12$ and it was not even half full, it was very disappointing, we won't buy anything here anymore.

It's probably not fair to rate a place that I haven't actually bought anything in here, but this is the reason why. I'd seen these places a ton of times and was curious about them. I wanted something different than what Sonic has to offer, so I downloaded the ap and decided to go to the Alderwood Mall location after having my lunch at Blazing Onion. I had an email for a smoothie at half price. I was floored when I walked in and saw that the price for a small smoothie is over $9! Yes, I could have saved 4.50 by getting it half price, but I was just so taken aback by the high prices that I left. The place wasn't that clean either and no one bothered to offer much assistance. Probably won't be back. But then again I've said that about places and have returned many times, so who knows? But seriously, it's just insane to charge the prices that they charge. I have no idea how they stay in business, but I'm sure being at the mall helps. Still pondering how their clientele (which looks to be teens and twentysomethings) can afford it. It was a disappointing end to my Sunday morning because I was really looking foreword to trying a Watermelon Smoothie after being bombarded with ads about it on Facebook. I should have known better.

Took a long time when I was the only customer in them I also asked for something that has zero crunch in it, and I got some thing with a bunch of pieces of granola in it. First and last time there.

This location needs new employees. I ordered a smoothie bowl and it was the worst smoothie bowl I’ve ever had from Jamba. And I’ve ordered many over the past few years. I’ll stick to the Everett location.
