The most gorgeous, soul-touching, comforting soup--perfect for cold weather, winter months, or those sick days when you need a lift. The broth is full-bodied and savory, with brisket that's fall-apart tender. The kimchi and homemade pickled radish are impeccable--crunchy, tangy, and perfectly ripe without being overly salty. Out of the hundreds of restaurants that I have been to, this is the only restaurant where I eat their kimchi (baechoo and ggadugi). I like traditional kimchi and not the millennial instant kimchi. They also sell their kimchee. I so totally recommend their kimchee. Their services are awesome too.
