Ok, so the company that I work for periodically buys us lunch as a department, from this (Lynnwood) location. The last 3 times that has happened, they have screwed up my order in particular. I order the same sandwich every time, on one of the last 3 occasions my sandwich was missed completely, on the last two occasions the sandwich was not edible. On those two occasions the sandwich was ordered with no cheese, & no peppers (red or green) as always yet the sandwich came with both peppers & slathered with cheese which I happen to have an allergy to so into the trash it went. So the next time this lunch option comes up (if it comes up again) I will not be ordering if it comes from this location. I don't know if it's a language barrier, a comprehension issue or a combination of the two, regardless something is not getting thru and I'm over it.

This morning, I made a major scheduling blunder, accidentally ordering a full catering box of subs for tomorrow instead of today. When I showed up right as they unlocked the doors, the order wasn’t ready due to my mistake. But James? He didn’t bat an eye. With a smile and zero hesitation, he jumped into action and whipped up a picture-perfect catering box in just 12 minutes—completely from scratch! The subs were flawless, beautifully arranged, and ready to impress. We brought the box to Swedish Hospital to thank their social workers, and they were absolutely thrilled, raving about how delicious and fresh everything was. James turned my mix-up into a moment of pure magic, saving the day with his incredible work ethic and positive attitude. Jersey Mike’s is lucky to have him, and I’m forever grateful. Came in yesterday and ordered a California chicken foot long combo, thankful I had chips and drink my sandwich lettuce was wilted, tomatoes were the last of the bin and my bread wasn’t toasted at all even tho that’s what I requested. I tried calling to see what they could do to replace my order ( not looking for a refund) and was given a rude unnecessary response. I will be calling back today to give them another opportunity to make things right .

Stormi greeted me warmly upon arrival, radiating amazing energy. She took the time to learn my name and even addressed me by it when I completed my transaction, a thoughtful touch! Despite training a new employee, Stormi remained fast and efficient, ensuring her associate understood the process while providing excellent service. She is a valuable asset to this company, and I hope you have the chance to meet her when you visit!

I am often unsatisfied with my food at this location. Today I placed an online order and when I opened my sub it was only well made in the center and both ends were about half filled with toppings. The tomato and pickle and peppers did not make it into the first 3 bites from the end of the sub. Also the over all filling seemed lacking as well. Compared to other locations I have been to, this was disappointing. Won’t be back to this location even if it was the closest for me. I would rather drive 10 minutes away to get the quality and taste I want.
This location has never completed an order of mine correctly, they always screw up without fail. It's ridiculous. I seriously wonder if they are only hiring illiterate people.

Service and order accuracy is a bit hit or miss but better than their competitors generally speaking. I visit 3 locations so this is an overall opinion.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free bread is pretty good and a nice option. They aren't great about avoiding cross-contamination, but they make an effort.

I don’t know how many times I have to repeat myself before my order actually is made correctly. I was just in there with my friend to get two sandwiches. I asked for a regular twice before my friend noticed the lady making my sandwich grabbed a mini. Then I asked for the secret menu item #99 (literally the only reason I even go to Jersey mikes) and she made me a #9. I hate tomato’s. And I asked for the 99 two times. Will not be eating this and with and maybe staff should start repeating the orders back to the customers.

Jersey Mike's has the best sandwiches. Staff are always nice and working hard as it's quite busy. Online ordering is easy-peasy. Clean space to sit down. I wish this store had the meatball sandwich because it's my son's favorite. Otherwise, excellent fast food.
