Very good açaí and lots of flavor combos. The coffee is pretty good too. Lots of parking in the shopping area

During a rush, I ordered a pretty common drink and someone must of taken it by mistake. They where extremely helpful and offered help. Noticing I was waiting for a bit, they assisted me with getting a new drink. And offered me a complementary bread for the troubles. Such a sweet staff. This place is extremely professional. Thank you!

Great coffee and pastries, not very welcoming staff. The moment I walked in it was like I was invisible, and I was the only customer. I waited for a "hi" or "good morning" and got nothing. It was quite awkward, so I just ordered and still got a very standoffish attitude. Will, definitely order again because the coffee and food speaks for itself (thankfully) but wish the customer service was a little more welcoming.

They didn't have straws for our drinks and the chai I ordered was strangely milky. My acai bowl was given to me in a cup instead of a bowl.

Need more product in Lynnwood. They should retail the table and chair sets. I bet they would sell, sell, sell. Parking is a pain but, I wouldn't buy coffee anywhere else if I were headed to the mall.

From the moment I walked in, the vibrant atmosphere transported me to the streets of Rio. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee and delicious pastries filled the air. Each bite was a burst of flavor, reminiscent of authentic Brazilian cuisine. The friendly staff added to the warmth of the place, making it a truly memorable visit. Can't wait to go back for more! The mango smoothie was too sweet. Must’ve been the condensed milk. And, staff forgot to bag my carrot cake!Parking: 10 minute premium parking spot perfect for grab & go!

Customer service very poor. The store was pretty much empty but the employees took almost 5 min to take my order. After they got my order I waited another 10min and went to inquire about my order and then they started preparing. Kitanda in Kirkland is way better in all ways possible.
