Closed - looks like out of business

me and my sister really wanted to go and get the event pikmin drinks. when we arrived, even tho google maps said they were open (middle of the day on a weekday) they were closed. no one inside or anything. we traveled 2 hours round trip for disappointment. please google remove this locationUPDATE: i called the tukwila location and apparently this location has been closed for over a year.

Phone went straight to voice-mail when I called, and went on a Wednesday when Google showed they were supposed to be opened and they weren't.

The hours of operation are incorrect. They were not open when I arrived at 1230 pm.

The tea is ok however the service is horrible.
In addition, I find this place closed 2 out of 3 times I come despite their working hours (posted on the entrance door) say it supposed to be open.

I guess I won’t come again

Change your store time on google map!!

Couldn't figure out why my online orders wouldn't go thru...it's closed guys :(

There's a bunch of order papers to evict from police/landowner posted on their front door. I don't think they're open anymore

This used to be my go to for boba. I am still waiting for a promised refund from 10/16 for product I never received because the store closed early and they failed to turn off online ordering.*Update 11/15 Still waiting for the refund. Have called the store multiple times with no resolution.Did eventually receive the refund.

This place is incredible; there is a girl with red hair who didn't have a name tag but was extremely helpful, and I thoroughly enjoyed my taro slush. If you can't handle sweetness, I'd reduce the sweetener to 70%.

4 stars here cause a lot of their flavors are not there cause shipment or whatever. And plus, they are short staffed ? which happens but, keeping the sign up saying you’re open when you are not is not cool. Other than that, the drinks are good and the workers are nice. Fast service and the place is not packed!

Super cute place and boba is magical. Honestly never had a boba that tastes perfect like this. Literally experienced paroxysmal excitement. Omg. I dare you to try the s’mores slush. You will feel so much better. Highly recommend.

wish they would update their app and hours listed on google. Drove from out of town just to come here and ordered ahead on the app only for there to be a sign outside saying they are closed tuesday, saturday and sundays.

Okay I went for the limited time kirby drink cause said they're open till 9 pm on google but on the store door says not open on saturday and sundays come on update the time's on Google I mean that's just common sense
