me and my sister really wanted to go and get the event pikmin drinks. when we arrived, even tho google maps said they were open (middle of the day on a weekday) they were closed. no one inside or anything. we traveled 2 hours round trip for disappointment. please google remove this locationUPDATE: i called the tukwila location and apparently this location has been closed for over a year.

This used to be my go to for boba. I am still waiting for a promised refund from 10/16 for product I never received because the store closed early and they failed to turn off online ordering.*Update 11/15 Still waiting for the refund. Have called the store multiple times with no resolution.Did eventually receive the refund.

Meh. Someone raved about this chain but I guess this location leaves more to be desired. Tried to order a few different drinks but they were out of ingredients to make it. The drinks were overly sweet and boba was ok. I wish they had better milk alternatives like oat milk. The location is a bit of a dead zone tucked away from the busy stores. I'm assuming lack of foot traffic leads to under supply of the ingredients to make most drinks.

4 stars here cause a lot of their flavors are not there cause shipment or whatever. And plus, they are short staffed ? which happens but, keeping the sign up saying you’re open when you are not is not cool. Other than that, the drinks are good and the workers are nice. Fast service and the place is not packed!

Had an amazing drink in this franchise in LA and have been looking forward to trying to visit since. The Bellevue location was impossible to find and then found out it was closed, and this location is hit or miss whenever it is open or not. One day I finally found it was open -yay!- but their app and rewards program wouldn't work so they didnt give me pointsfor my order and said they can't add it later. When I finally got my drinks... the sesame Macha drink I was looking forward to, sad to say it was undrinkable. Sesame seeds were not blended in and was floating everywhere, barely any macha taste and just a TON of sugar! ( I asked if this drink was sweet and the gal said not very sweet at all so I didn't get the lower sugar version. Definitely wish I had bc I had to throw the whole thing away.) Also got a pina colada drink w mango jelly, but she made it with boba and she said she wouldn't remake it with the jelly... instead she just put the mango jelly into another cup and gave it to me... and this drink was not very good as well. For $14 I was not pleased. Not the same drinks I remember from the ones I got in LA and not going to return here anytime soon!

Okay I went for the limited time kirby drink cause said they're open till 9 pm on google but on the store door says not open on saturday and sundays come on update the time's on Google I mean that's just common sense

I ordered two drink around 2 and half weeks ago via the app (wish I hadn't) and the app said all set to go in, drive there and the store is closed with no explanation and online still says they are open even the app says they are open, but they aren't. I open the app it says to call them, well they aren't there so I call the store all the way down south, they tell me to wait and a manager will call later, as in 4 days later. When I finally get the call, they offer a refund I say yes, she tells me it'll be 10-11 business days, I say cool no worries. I still haven't received the refund and everytime I call the store there is no answer. they are also lowkey almost out of at least one or two things ever time I did order before this so will not be going back.

Ok I usually don't go Karen mode, but I've ordered twice recently in the past few weeks from the app, just to drive here and the place is closed. I used to love this location, but their hours change so much, and they're not even open on the weekends anymore according to the sign on the door. What kind of boba place isn't open on the weekend? I'd attach a photo of their current hours, but what's the point? They're just gonna change again next weekI feel sorry that they're understaffed, but it makes me wonder why nobody wants to work here..Don't order on the app. It'll take your money and say that they're "open" and you'll need to ask for a refund on kung-fu's website. If kung fu could fix the app to cater to this store's crazy weird hours I'd still be happy ordering here. (That's a kung fu problem, I'll definitely make a separate review on their website)I just need some boba so I'm not as cranky about this place
