I have to give credit to this Little Caesars team — they’re always so quick, polite, and accommodating! Every time I stop by, the staff communicates so well. Even if they’re busy, they always take a moment to acknowledge you, saying things like, “I’ll be right with you” or “Just two minutes!”
It might seem like a small thing, but it really makes a big difference. You feel seen, heard, and respected every time you walk in. They always get my order out fast and with a great attitude. Big shoutout to this crew for keeping things running smoothly and always treating customers with kindness! 🍕💛

The team fixed my order, and blessed me with some puffs. I gifted the rest of my pizza to a houseless person and a single mom working at Subway. Shay is very kind and has been working hard while very busy, and they deserve more credit.

You know what you are getting when it comes to the food at Little Caesars. The thing that impresses me at this location is the super friendly and accommodating staff. I’ve really only interacted with this one dude, but he’s a legend. Just a chill guy who takes the time to greet you with sincerity and make you feel welcomed in a way that is super uncommon in fast food places. I wish I knew his name…. but last time I was in there he took the time to give me a few bags of cookies after asking me how many kids I had with me. Just an awesome little touch from a standout dude.

The people who work here are great but the higher ups must not use their time and money well. Used to be able to order on the app on my way home but they have changed the hours online ordering is available so now I cant ever use my coupons or rewards because they can only be used in app. What a shame 🫠

I ordered pizza and I come to pick it up and my daughter she with me and she needs to use the bathroom and I asked the manager for kid she 3 years old to use the bathroom for my kids. He say no he really bad in so angry. I’m trying with him but really bad person. He has bad personality. I don’t know how he does this job . I don’t know. He’s really bad. Very bad service.

Ordered from here now twice and been ripped off both times.. First time I order $80 worth of pizza and soda and was never giving my soda. They (the manger on duty) told me they were out and the next time I ordered I’ll be compensated and took down my name and number. So I ordered again today (not even 2 week after) and tried to get my compensated soda and was told I wasn’t able to get because they didn’t have enough staff and the manger (“prince”) couldn’t find my name in the manger book. After taking my name and number again and telling me he would call me back after checking in with the other manger.. my food arrived and I didn’t receive any call back so I called again.. the current manger on duty right now (Prince 4/5/24 @ 7:30pm) declined my call so I called back and he told me he forgot to call me back and he can’t help me after I have him everything code and receipt number he asked for.. at this point I told him I was going to come up there and he better figure it out because that’s $10 their stole from me without giving me what I ordered he told me “come up and see what’s up”.. definitely not please with the service and management skills. ???
